Ignorance, fear of the unknown, and religion. That's where hate comes from.

Important to refuse to become the "enemy" that we deplore.

This is a wellknown story:

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all"

"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"

The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed".

http://www.psychologymatters.asia/article/65/the-story-of-the-two-wolves-managing-your-thoughts-feelings-and-actions.html

But why do we so easily succumb to feed the evil wolf? Why do we hate and feed it and react hatefull towards others?

Sometimes we hate on others because it can make us feel better about ourselves. We think that because we don’t have their flaws, we are better than them, when in reality we have flaws of our own and are not any better.

First ignorance, then fear, then hatred, then violence.

Remember Aaron Swartz, a 26 year old computer scientist who died defending the free flow of information.

People “hate” what they do not understand. Hate is just another emotion that stems from fear and distrust. All it takes is a little bit of education to help make people more aware and less “hateful.”

Jealousy and selfishness would be my answers.
People hate others that do well for themselves, or are doing better than they are , the stronger, fasters, smarter etc are usually disliked.

Selfishness because most of the traits and things that people do that we hate, we do ourselves!  Look in a traffic jam, if someone switched lane in front of you, you hate them, but then we you switch lanes you hate the person who won't let you in!
People hate because of negative energy in the environment ,which force us to think bad.
In some mess environment ,people become judgemental and analyse the situation with our own view. Smiley
without having the knowledge of other site of the situation.
Now a days people depends on others(mass media),they force us to see what they want to show and we blindly trust them.

Why people hate eachother.?
The first reason is jealousy......People dont want to see success of other person .....they just want himself to be a successful...Sad

They hate eachother due to lack of kindness, love, sympathy for others...Sad

Selfishness and jealousy are one of the two main enemy of human kind, Our Father Adam has two sons at first, what cause the one son kill the other one, it is just because of deep jealous. "Man is jealous because of his amour propre; woman is jealous because of her lack of it," toldy by Germaine Greer.

If killing is legalized in this world, I guess all of people will die. Why? Because everything what you do, there is always someone that hate you, no matter if what you do is good or not. Hate is a human nature, people not always like what you do.

I suppose its a human nature to hate someone or something. I believe it usually starts from liking and disliking. If you start disliking something, you tend to form a perception towards it that it cannot be good for you ever. And slowly, you start hating it.

I agreeed with you.....In our people there is no patience and tolerence....They always criticise other instead of encouraging him on his work....They always in searching the faults in people which lead them to hate people.....

why do people hate? you ask
all animals to discribe a persons mind, just futile and incomparable to us

people hate because it's human simple as that

human like to want, and have, it gives you a warm and feelgood feeling when you obtain something
it could be anything, not nececeraly something physical
when that feeling is disrupted you get dissapointment, some people leave it at that or say ohwell it comes , it goes, that's life.
but others don't leave it by that and get angry or more, because they lost that feelgood feeling and then they start to seek a reason why or how they lost it.
And the easiest way to replace or compensate that missing feeling is the lust for revenge to make up for that lost feelgoodfeeling.

and now you get hate

basicly it's just chemestry in your brain
hate is the fruit of the evolution of a brain over 1000's of years and how you train it to become what it is and like previous posters say, the enviroment you grew up in and the knowledge you feed it, plays a big role in it aswell

Hate is something naturally happen on human as we are Homo Socius
Interaction and environment create this attitude to show what are we feel. And ofcourse this hate attitude merely need for daily interaction. Without it, we can't be better from past.

The real reason that people hate is because they are envious of those who receive more approval than they do.

People want to receive approval from God and their fellow human beings. Why? Because everyone is unsure and insecure about himself in some ways. Insecurity is not comfortable, and everyone wants comfort.

When a person sees more approval of someone else, he inwardly assumes that there is something wrong with himself that he did not receive at least equal approval. This insecurity cause him to hate both the more greatly approved person, and the one who did the greater approving. What he doesn't realize is that, generally, the more he hates, the weaker his approval rating is going to become.

Ah, nice to rely on your gut bacteria and brain chemicals to point out the fact we have no real free will Smiley
The big difference is we as humans have the conciousness to be aware of these processes in our brains, in our gut, that effect the way we feel, yet can withstand a great deal of the basic instincts they trigger and force ourselves to 'think' twice before we act. It is this process that is hard to accomplish for most and hard to accomplish when the need for chemicals in our brain or food for our stomach is high and overwhelming. It can be hard no to succomb to that.

People are not born with hatred, but hatred towards a person or something occurs in the later period. We are all people and our svakomod there is something that does not fit or irritate him. This is mainly a person. This dissatisfaction later grow into hatred, and rarely can be changed.

But why do we so easily succumb to feed the evil wolf? Why do we hate and feed it and react hatefull towards others?

Why people hate ??

1. Because you have something that they don’t.
2.Because they think you don’t deserve it.
3.Because they have nothing better to do in life.
4.Because they are, in general, just losers.
