Why do people hate?

Some people hate because they are insecure, also as a result of surpressed anger

Yes that is always the reason why people hate someone because they are insecure, jealous, or cannot be on your level.  They may also be victims of their past.  Their experiences were not good for them that is why they tend to hate easily.   Maybe we just and should understand them.  And in return, maybe we give them some attention, kindness, and more love.

This is a wellknown story:

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all"

"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"

But why do we so easily succumb to feed the evil wolf? Why do we hate and feed it and react hatefull towards others?

I am not sure if it is possible to be devoid of negative emotions. Positive emotions make sense when we feel and know negativity.
We certainly can try to have positive attitude.

So, I go back to high school with the question not so much why people hate but why people are naturally self-fish and greedy.  I think it comes down to wanting better environment for oneself and then wanting that improved to people closest to you. I don't think it is society that caused this I actually believe that animals have this need to attention and care.  Hate is an emotion that started with something else.  First was probably envy, then greed then hate.

The essence of man is already itself a hatred for something that he does not like. Of course, each person is individual, but that nemesis in the blood of a person is such a very bad note. And if a person does not like something that does not visit, it will grow very much.

People are bored to live. They constantly need to receive emotions so that adrenaline is thrown into the blood. And the shortest way to this is a feeling of hatred. People inflame this feeling and enjoy it.

Technically it sometimes based on attitudes and the look and how they move. Lets give an example there is a woman who experience the attitude of people to be precise see they tell them selve why is it this man or woman like this is he mad? (That person might be doing something bad like goofing aroud) So the woman now hated poeple that is goofing around. Plus we cant stop hating people just basing it on there attitudes.


In a other point people hate each other because they have sins on that person so the other person has to hate or love that person. We cant stop the things about humanity

People who hate someone is the one they dislikes the most. They can probably a person which their interest do not match or this person does not match your ideals or what you want to be befriend of.

Hate based on racial divide exists in most of the multi-cultural nations. Even developed nations such as the United States and the United Kingdom are not free from this. It is just like the hatred based on the religious division.

People are full of sin I believe people hate mainly because of envy.

You produce what you consume. The more you surround yourself with negative energy, ignorant people, and cruelty, the more hateful you become.

anybody can hate but the important thing is to love. people need a reason to hate. when you dont give them a reason, what is to hate?

I think one of the reasons why people hate is because of insecurity or envy. There are small things about a person that is to be insecure or envy of. Like if someone's rich and can buy all the things that he or she want and you're not and you can't. But, if you are contented with what you have , there's nothing to be insecure or envy of and you will not hate.

People hate because of stress in life, usually because many can't take the energy of a good thought and typically go without living.

Unless it's for something done wrong, there are ways to get hated the wrong and right way... It's really up to a matter of timing to figure the reasoning.
