If dev seems to be a scammer we will be refunded??

dev mades a coin. People pre bought it. Escrow sent coin to people. Esrow still own the btc. Dev showed an update with no btc received yet. People sell coin under ico price. So I don't see where the dev is a scammer.

Yeah. I have tweeted many times about DRZ and ICO, have invested in ICO and now I'm complain because I have more realistic vision of this coin?
I said this coin needs block explorer to hit bittrex, I said this coin needs a professional website and better to pay someone from ICO if dev can't make it.
I said dev can set a bounites for promotion from ICO if he is not greedy.

And dump. Yeah, I'm definitely wish to damage this coin with 30K DRZ in my wallet.

What is really annoying me, I helped many times with different coins and now when I have my opionion to not wait a miracle and do something, people choose to wait a miracle and I'm nobody now, worse than newbie account.
Am I only one who cares? Ok. Next time I will be more egoistic and will not help for free. This is not worth anything except hate. Enough.
