I don't think that the Government of my country will come in support of bitcoin sooner or latter, as they feel that it will end their corrupted activities and above all they will loose all their control as they have on fiat at a moment.

Well, in that case, sooner or later your government would start to ridicule bitcoin as it will not support it, and might start to put some actions to just keep it away from the governments way, or the worst of it is they might ban bitcoin in your area,

One thing is sure they got two options allow it and taxed it,or ban it and make the black market work under their eyes, soo for them it should be better tax and let it join the country and make a step into the future.

If bitcoin becomes taxable in future then I think we will  see not many people would entertain it, they will simply switch their investments to other products but the government will never  support bitcoins for sure.

I think the Government officials have already started to use bitcoins, but they are not disclosing it, they want to take benefits from bitcoins, but don't want that the society should be benefitted from it.

If the government can make taxes to the use of bitcoin when an item is sold then they will allow it in their country.
But if they cant make any taxes from all the item that is sold then they will regulate it.
As we all know that they cant make taxes on bitcoin.

This is generaly true. But in some countries, as far as I know, Bitcoin is regulated (or is going to be regulated) similar like the stock goods, so if you trade it you have to pay taxes. And then the governement is happy.  Wink

Of course they are aware about bitcoins, don't think them the dumb people, they are the smartest of all, and that is the reason they are not allowing bitcoin as a currency as they don't want that we should be benefited from it.

Yup they are aware ever since bitcoin was put on the headline, they are not accepting it because it will be the end of the bank system if they do that.
Having a bank system where government can manipulate it give them advantages.

Yes, bitcoin will end up all their corrupted activities for sure as they don't hold control over bitcoins, and that is the reason they are not coming in support of bitcoins.

True. The more money they get the more power it will be. Really scary if they got a hold of this too. Transaction taxes will go up for sure and our coins might also be monitored always and that is one creepy story.

Well almost all investements are taxed by the government, soo why not bitcoin? To get an exchange you need a license, soo you may say bitcoin is being taxed already, the main question is how they tax it ,do they require the fiat money or the bitcoin from them.I believe with the current system bitcoin will keep atract more and more costumers, but i had stoped for a while and the trust exchanges already paying a tax,soo i believe bitcoin doesnt need any extra fee inside it.

Governments has nothing to do with btc as bitcoin users are anonymous as long as they did not label their addresses with a data that leads to them. So they can not control its transaction nor tax btc.
And this is why decentralization is the best part of btc

That works for peer to peer trades that fly under the radar, but any big company is still going to be charging tax.  While it is possible with how Bitcoin works, we shouldn't be widely touting one of it's best benefits being that you can illegally save money.

I look forward to seeing a day where we have crystal clear laws on how we can use Bitcoin, and more people/businesses getting involved.  There will always be a market for doing illegal things with crypto just like cash, but the people that want to go by the book need to have a safe way to do so.

It will affect how you buy things through bitcoin because they will infuse tax on things you used on your bitcoin.
Its a big step if they accept bitcoin as a currency but they can tax it as people are against that.

No tax and no support from government. I think that should be their motto from now on. They wont help if they dont get anything. They always want something in return.

bitcoin it's not a company, bitcoin can not work "together" with anyone, it's decentralized, it's the government that need to accept it or ban it if they want, but they know they cna not do it

so in the end it's better for them to regulate this crypto currency and retrieve some taxes
