EnergyCoin eco-green node deployment project on Raspberry PIHere's how to get the 10K ENRG tip:1. Take a fresh image for your raspi, like raspbian or other light linux and write it on your SD card. Help to prepare SD card: http://elinux.org/RPi_Easy_SD_Card_SetupRASPBIAN sources and others: http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/Go to https://github.com/energycoin/energycoin/releases and download ARM 1.1.2 build EnergyCoin-1.1.2-arm.tar.gz (you will also find the sources to build on your own if you want) In order to run this version under Raspberry Pi you should install dependencies using following commands in terminal: • sudo apt-get update • sudo apt-get install libboost-system1.49 libboost-filesystem1.49 libboost-thread1.49 libboost-program-options1.49 libqt4-gui libqt4-network libdb5.1++ libminiupnpc-dev • tar xvf EnergyCoin-1.1.2-arm.tar.gz • ./energycoin-qt On your internet box or router, forward port TCP 22706 to your raspberry (allow your PI to be a full node, distribute blockchain and connect to 9 nodes or more) 2. Post in this thread with a photo of your Pi, and also a photo of your Pi screen. The following should be visible in the photo of your Pi's screen: A: A window showing your Raspberry Pi serial number (using “cat /proc/cpuinfo” in terminal) Help here: http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/2086/how-do-i-get-the-serial-numberB: The EnergyCoin-QT wallet with the green checkmark in the lower right hand corner indicating that the RPi is now a currently synced node or the "getblockcount" command in the debug window. C: The EnergyCoin-QT debug window open showing the command "getconnectioncount" having been typed in at the bottom and the window showing 9 or more connections. 3. Send a PM to crypto4jan with your EnergyCoin address so he can send you the 10K tip I have running the PI with 12-15 connections. I you prove you have also running your PI then I reward you with 10K ENRG Instruction see abouve. Succes! Jan My PI is offline. Are there PI's running smooth? My PI is not running smooth with client EnergyCoin-1.1.2 PM me for a bounty to upgrade the procedure with new client. thx, Jan

I agree no need for dump but people can have other plans for investment. Development for EnergyCoin is going slow becouse we work with volontiers and not payed developers yet. That can be changed soon but I go not speculate for the future. The price is not my first concern.

Arrrg Bittrex is still playing hard to get. This is still the status.
Blocked ENRG 1076204 0 885 minutes 04/21/2015 11:08:24
It's ok for now, but I need to consolidate 2 wallets and I need to start trading again in the next day or so. I want to refresh my backups and add a new coin ( Bitseeds ) but I want to do it one time when I have all my wallets and coins in order.
Ok I checked https://bittrex.com/StatusI have send message to Bittrex with request to unblock. The wallets are running smooth. My latest blockhash getblockhash 1078528
000000f756fb2e6d199b0587c75d0f184ba7a81eacdd794e94f4a69746ba26eb
I did it all the steps in the new OP, and I have this blockhash (and also the older checkopoints) on the right value. Unfortunately, my ENRG client displays "WARNING: Checkpoint is too old. Wait for block chain to download, or notify developers". Restart of client doesn't help, situation is persistent. I see last recent transaction at 2015-04-14 17:15h. And the client also displays my wallet balance around 36.000 ENRG ... but in March, "before the fork", I have around 50.000 ENRG coins. Well, what's happened and what should I do for repair of this situation? Many thanks!

Thx for reporting. I send you a PM with a link to a fresh block chain in ZIP. 1 - Blackup your wallet first! 2 - move all the content (exept wallet.dat) from folder C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\EnergyCoin to a backup-folder 3 - unzip the ZIP I sended to you C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\EnergyCoin Containing: blk0001.dat blkindex.dat database EnergyCoin.conf 4- Restart your wallet I hope this solves your checkpoint issue. Succes! Jan

Hi Jan, thanks for your instructions & blockchain you sent to me. I did all the steps due to your post, now I really haven't "Old checkpoint warning", great. But, unfortunately : * last transaction that I can see is from 2015-05-10 14:28 GMT, nothing newer. * my balance is still displays with 36568 ENRG coins, although I had amount around 49000 or 50000 in February/March. So, probably is still something wrong somewhere... ? Again, many thanks for your help! knip ----

Hi you can check if all the transactions are in your wallet. Export the transactions: Then open this file in Exell and you can sum the total in transactions and than you have the amount in your wallet to check. Maybe you send some ENRG to an exchange? Only select Confirmed = TRUE See the balance in my wallet matches with the transactions: So check if you see unusual transactions. Coins can't be disapear without a trace.

Someone is trying to sell a large amount of ENRG. It is the ballance with now 3.6m ENRG, it was 6M a few days ago. I lowerd my buy orders but 20 Satoshi is very cheap price for EnergyCoin. I bought alraidy 2M from this seller and more is ok but then for 10 Satoshi I make a deal. If someone else want to buy this large sell order then you have a nice deal. 1.3M ENRG for only 23 Satoshi! I'm number 3 on the list there but that is to maintain volume. Number 1 with 10.2M is stable and growing slow.

Aha, maybe that's the point -- as "Export" tab, as "Unlock wallet" field in the bottom are grey in my client, so I cannot click on them. Should be this source of troubles? (And if yes, why?). I really didn't sent my ENRG to any exchange or to any other address, so if the number of coins is lower now, it must be some hack or wrong (history) transactions counting - which is more probably, I assume. Unlock wallet" field in the bottom are grey is ok. Export is available in transactions tab. A hack is very very unlikely the amount of coins is not intresting for a hacker @ current market prices. Give us your energycoin address and some transactions ids from transaction list. Maybe we can check what is going on. Unfortunately we do not have block explorer availble yet. There is a bounty of 100K ENRG if someone host that for us.

Well, allright, sorry for my fault - so I did export under "Transaction tab". I compared all the values, there are just "mined" and "received with" rows, so nothing with "negative value". My mined amount is really negligible (0.008, 0.01, etc...), but my "received with" values are : 43261.89 + 986.95 + 2995.36 + 1740.22 + 717.49 + 1763.29 + 2580.71 + 131.91 + 432.49 + 1744.73 + 674.24 = 57029.28. Which is much more higher than value 36568.80, that I can see in my "Overview" tab in ENRG client. Another interesting thing -- even if I can see in transaction tab last transaction at 2015-05-10 14:28 GMT, last "true" row in CSV export is from 2015-05-12 15:36 GMT. Address of my ENRG wallet is : eGnoXDqQsZXEY3z2whfTXs2d5AdHHVdaJ2 . Thanks in advance, gents! Did you try contact? I had some ARI and they send it for me to another exchange. @KloNEM Can you make a copy of your wallet.dat and then try repair wallet. Menu Help -> Debug Window -> Console tab -> type repairwallet <enter>
