I mean seriously...  with bitbay they want you to prove you're not going to sell "bad" stuff on another software/market (halo - which last i heard was some sort of weird obfuscated "opensoure" too) then you get permission to set up a market on bitbay and moderate things...   Seriously ? ? ? ? ? 

That is really a messed up complicated shit-mess that nobody wants.. !!!! 

Who deems what is "bad" and "good"...
especially in worldwide markets WHERE LAWS ARE NOT GLOBAL and NOT EVERYONE HAS TO ADHERE TO AUTHORITATIVE DICTATORSHIP TYPE OF GOVERNMENTS!!

Not every market needs to be a market for questionable merchandise. Personally i'm sick of ebay's BS and paypal's fees and wouldn't mind selling perfectly legal items on that.

And you are mistaken, anyone can list anything on Bithalo and are doing it right now, rather its just "illegal" items can be flagged by the community. The whitelist thing is for users with lots of sells who want to run their own store in a sense.

Anyway if it's not your cup of tea that's fine but just because you don't like its direction doesn't take away from its achievements.

I guess I see your point for that.  But let's be straight, why have people flag "illegal" items, when in some countries where sellers reside it might not be illegal but in others it may be.  So you get majorities of countries more or less voting on what can be listed?  That's ridiculous and absurd.

What if a seller wanted to sell to a customer that resided in the same country where the product is not illegal - but yet it was flagged and then they can't do business?
Really dumb, in my opinion.
