hey been gone since the merge busy with work, I logged in to btcpool.exchange and I don't see any of my snowballs. where did they get merged? are they on a different exchange now? please help and thank you in advance.

The ratio will be unknown until the amount of coins traded in is known; the amount issued per half has already been decided Anyone with an open ticket on btcpool.exchange for a withdraw of either 10k or BALLS will find their balance intact, and swapped, once the new chain is live. Instead of processing tickets individually for all the withdraw issues, they will be swapped automatically to the new exchange and blockchain for you. You will be able to immediately withdraw on the new network, just like everyone sending them there manually As a side note, a representative from the MMXIV or GorillaStake dev team will be regularly auditing GorillaEx, as a neutral third party, to ensure customer funds are secure and that the exchange has remained solvent. The business interests of that site will be in the UK and Australia, while GorillaStake is run by my American company The total supply of the merged chain will be a (100,000). The exact ratio of the swap will be unknown until deposits are closed. It's not going to be a flat rate; half the coins on the new chain are going to BALLS and half are going to 10k, regardless of the amount that are turned in. If less people swap over, each piece of the pie is worth more EVERY SINGLE COIN ON THE NEW CHAIN WILL BE SWAPPED AT ONE TIME. I think the attacker is one of those who missed the swap.
Check the whole thread and find those who missed it.
Of those, see who were searing, insulting etc.
90% the attacker is one of those.
Or an inside job? or someone just because they could. I mentioned that earlier out of jest. I am satisfied with the answer or "because I could". Other questions are more important currently. The real question is why just this wallet and not any other like, I dunno, the btc wallet??? Or was that why it why btc deposits were shutdown before the theft was announced? It was mentioned that only this wallet was affected, hmm...that does not make sense at all, either that means that the attacker just got lucky or that proper security measures were not put into place on the TEETH wallet specifically. It will be a fun ride the next few days now. Hidden theft and no block explorer, theft only was able to affect one wallet..mmm kay. Another real question, what are the tx id's of the theft  Real serious on this and it should have already been public info. Not to mention, why does a public block explorer not exist? |

Hi Guys Ok well as you can see im still here Make sure that you clear your browser cache please that you are getting the RIGHT ssl cert The SSL Cert had nothing to do with the attach. We asked c-cex to suspend trading on there Exchange and it was done VERY fast so thaks very much for that. I know Spots is still not here due to his ban but he is on IRC MMXIV on freenode I will be turning the wallets and the trading soon. Anyone who has not had there TEETH from the swap PLEASE send me a PM DO NOT POST ON THE THREAD and i will send you a PM when its done. As for the attack well I will be releasing more information as I can. thanks for your support guys. To be totally honest i was not looking forward to all the comments but you all proved me wrong  Just a FYI I will be rebooting the exchange a few times this morning whoa whoa whoa...stop the presses...did you not read what I had to say about an easy fix to this whole situation? or would you rather force 10% of the coin up in the air and act as if nothing happened? just to say you will cover it. not falling for that, nice try though. I recommend no trading occurs at all until this is sorted, which will take less than 24hrs and a couple of btc if done correctly. You forcing exchanges to open smells of something rotten in denmark. releasing info when you can? are you in some sort of hostage situation? what can we do? in the meantime, tx's and a block explorer would be great. |

Server attack update (05/06/2015 0400 AM GMT-5)
Yesterday, GorillaEx was the victim of a successful attack resulting in a significant loss of GorillaTeeth
I am happy to report an update on this quickly evolving situation. Less than 24 hours ago, GorillaEx had an issue that was exploited. We have made contact with the person responsible for this situation and all funds have been recovered. We are happy to annouce that every coin has been returned (minus transaction fees, that we will obviously cover) and the issue that allowed this to happen is being resolved as I type this out
It is a lucky turn of events that the person involved was very professional about the situation, and I hope becomes an asset for us in the future. Everyone involved in the Gorilla branding project acts on a professional level. Nobody was mad that this happened. Everyone involved has handled the situation very calmly and professionally, and I would like to personally thank everyone for the fast (less than 24 hour) resolution. All funds were going to be covered by myself and the GorillaEx team in the worst case scenario, but thankfully all coins have been recovered, so that does not need to happen
We fully understand the gravity of the situation that has just taken place. We asked you to trust us, I vouched for everything, and we let you down. Just please keep in mind this is a very new thing for everyone here and mistakes will happen. In the end, no coins were lost, and a few different issues with GorillaEx have been brought to light and fixed within 24 hours
Thank you to everyone who has helped us test the sites, promote the Gorilla brand, and all the coins involved. We look forward to a future of quickly changing, fast-paced development
never caps locked but here goes: YOU ARE GOING TO COVER THE TX FEE? WHAT IS THAT EXACTLY 1 TEETH OR 2...GIVE ME A BREAK is this a stand up act or are you serious? lucky turn of events? or exchanges locking down and the talk of rolling back and block explorers increased pucker factor? while you were napping the thief was very professional? how much was the bridge you were selling again? no one was mad that this happened? if you are holding others peoples money in your hand and you are not f'n out of this world pissed when it get's stolen then that let's me know to not just walk away, but run as fast as I can. Ask anyone from darkmarkets to the fed if the are pissed when 10% of funds are stolen and please let me know their calm cool reaction. if thefts in crypto are new to then you might choose another bearing, i am still a bit befuddled on how only the balls wallet was capable of being affected. block explorer yet? would love to dig into this whole "situation" deeper. |

Did he convert balls or 10k to teeth? or was he just a buyer on your exchange?
Why did he not exploit your btc wallet? or was it secured while teeth was left in to open?
Where is a block explorer?
And spots can create a burner acct here to post info if he so chooses, it is not against the forum's rules.
