Hot diggity!  Finally managed to get my new account create on btcpool.exchange and transferred all of my 10k over without any issue(s).

Many thanks to pjcltd for helping me to get original unused account deleted so I could get this done.

Kudos on the site layout and design as well.  Even though I've only had a chance to take a cursory glance at it thus far I have to say so far I'm pretty impressed.  Not to mention the incredible speed with which my two deposits hit the exchange.  Looking forward to more great things.  Keep up the good work fellas.

May 2nd is the cutoff to have your coins on btcpool. We expect there to be about 6 hours of downtime for the migration between the cutoff time on btcpool and opening up withdraws on GorillaEx

thats why you can not see them on that page

So what to do now and how can I know my Balls are in there!! and what if I would like to exchange to MMXIV, how can I do that?

after some waiting i now have balls on btcpool , i can see them if i click on "balances" but if i look at MMXIV/BALLS market , it is not showing what i deposit, so i cannot sell my balls for MMXIV or is this normal for now??

this will NOT CHANGE  
if you have any buy / sell order on BTCPOOL.EXCHNAGE they MUST BE CLOSED / CANCLED and ALL you coins must be in your exchange wallets to be included in the swap.
Any open sell orders will NOT be included in the exchange to make sure that you close ALL ORDERS.

The markets / wallets  will be turned off at 10.am (GMT +1)
any coins still in orders will NOT BE INCLUDED in the swap.

theres no point posting the same thing again
im the only one who can sort these things out for you all
we have a few othere team members but as this is so important i decided that its going to be my job to sort it all out then theres only one person on the exchange doing changes.
