Our 10k wallet switched to "safe mode" and not sending anything. We tried full resync but it stuck at "blocks":107996 with only errors in debug.log. Need Your assistance or our customers can't move their coins for swap.

We can't reveal our customer's logins, e-mails and balances. They can have different username at Your system. This will not work well. Why don't just swap all our coins to new coins? We give You our wallet.dat - You give/send us new coins instead. Once we replace wallet daemon - our customers will be able to withdraw new coins. We can do it free of charge.

If You don't want to do it - make 10k blockchain functional so traders can withdraw their coins. Also it would be good to extend swap period because nobody can send coins to You since at least yesterday.

hey quick question. i have some balls and 10k on btcpool. i've had them tied up in orders and just cleared those orders for the transition. they're both in the 10k and balls wallet, which say they're full... my coins both show in my balance... am i ok in these wallets? or should I transfer them to the unfilled wallets in 10k2 and snowballs4?

I can see them in exchange as balance but I can't see them in markets like balls/mmxiv. It says I have 0 there.
Is that OK ?

the same wallet have 2 transactions sent but nothing in the btcpool wallet.you can see it in the wallet,it's the last two transactions.

0 confirmations? You need to have confirmations....something wrong with your wallet, i had the same issue, repair / re-sync wallet.
