The Viral is purchased and burned when the Tweets are all written and ready to start appearing on NODES Twitter accounts, nothing has every changed there is no reason to do the buy and burn before the campaign is ready to send out. Transparancy has always been focused on since day one with VIRAL, so no reason to question it like you just did.
