We have discovered a malfunction of our Liquidity Provider’s bridge function.
In result of the malfunction, our Bitcoin Cash Liquidity Provider has not been able to fill our Clients’ orders since 11th November 08:55 UTC.
Acting in accordance with point 27.2 of SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement, we were forced to cancel all BCH trades placed after the above-mentioned time.

Trading on BCH currency pairs will remain halted until the issue with current Liquidity Provider is fixed, or until we come to an arrangement with a new Liquidity Provider.

I also lost nearly .5 BTC from trading BCH from that weekend. How can we trust this site if at any moment they could spring on you the message that they had a liquidity problem and void all your trades you made in a given time? I stayed up all weekend (on little sleep) trading BCH and now all the hard work is gone... I'm furious.

I have same problem... After investigation (14 business days) (blocked account without reason) I recieve this reply:

Hello nando,

An investigation of your account has reached its final conclusion.

Our research confirmed, that an activity recorded on your accounts: 83318, 96792, 112646 violated regulations stated in our Terms of Business (CFD) point 8.24 b. In accordance with this rule, it is not allowed to perform any trades at SimpleFX that would stem from the sheer urge of exploiting any temporary inaccuracy or any delay in quoted prices.

As a result of the violation of point 8.24 b, we had no other choice but to intervene in accordance with point 8.9 of our Terms of Business (CFD) and cancel all your transactions that took place within the following period of time: 18.07.2017 and 10.11.2017.

Furthermore, due to the infringement of our company’s regulations we are forced to terminate your contract with SimpleFX. Please be informed that your SimpleFX profile will be closed permanently.

Following the point 8.24 of Terms of Business (CFD), company’s decision is irreversible and no complaints will be accepted.

SimpleFX hold my 176BTC ( without BCH trades 134BTC) and my trading account has been deleted... I'm not aware of any violation of their terms. 

They fucked me also, look at my post above... they paid me back biggest part of my account but they took 2700 LTC & 7 BTC from my profits without any reason. they say it is because i linked to accounts with same IP to eachother wich is true. So they took the 8000 dollar commissions earned but also my LTC & BTC. Nowhere in their terms you can find that they can take your profits because that has nothing to do with affiliate system.
I did contact lawyer from Sint-vincent, maybe me can make a case togheter against them. The more people the stronger. lets close that company

yes they blocked me after making 500k in 2 months, i was getting to big. Contact of me made 200k profit in 1 day, the day after he was blocked for same 'reason' like me

Me lawyer tells me i can go to court to proof that they are scamming people and let the company be closed. But of course, the more people the better. I am not in a hurry, so maybe i wait some time , maybe their will be other people reacting on this message now here...

Nando, you have to create another account to be able to contact simplefx. But beware! It's a trap. By creating another account you will violate point 547.252.54.4 of their terms. This is the second most important point of their terms (the most important is 8.24b). You will be investigated forever!

Do you have any plans on adding Tether USD as a crypto account balance option anytime soon?  It would be much easier for you to settle trades and would give us traders using crypto an option not to hold crypto when we think the market will go down.  Also, withdrawal fee's would be much more reasonable compared to using bitcoin.

Currently, we do not have plans to add Tether to our trading offer or accept Tether payments.
