Are you kidding me?  Siacoin has been around for 3 years.  If anyone is scammy it's the mining manufactuer.

If Sia is around for so long then it means also thst it is probably not a bargain anymore, especially when compared wirh other projects like Oyster Pearl. Anyone knows how much storage you get with one Sia? Oyster Pearl provides 64 GB Storage with just one coin that is currently below one dollar.

Daily volume has been very good, that is notable thing. As of increase in price you are talking aboyut, that was small reflection of recovering of markets as whole. Every single market recorded increase in their coins values smaller or bigger. SIA at current price is cheaper without any argument. It is been said next bull run in undergoing so prepare yourselves.

Well it depends on what you mean by community. A part of the miners can decide to keep mining on an old chain, so yes mining power is needed to back up a hard fork, otherwise the not-mined chain just dies. When multiple chains are being mined, we talk about contentious hard forks, all the recent Bitcoin hard forks are contentious.

At the time of writing, the storage price for 1TB per month is $2.4, I'll let you do the math for 64GB, you'll have to factor in upload bandwidth cost and contract formation fee (hint: It's definitely less than one Osyter Pearl).

In addition to the recovery of the crypto market as a whole, the weekly update video of Sia that was published on the 28^th of April mentioned that an SC/USDT pair has been added to Bittrex and that SC has been listed on Upbit, was this a catalyst? I don't know. Maybe it was one big buyer seeing potential in SC and filling their bags, maybe it was something else.

Just wondering when the 'doorstops' will arrive..if lucky I MAY get 40% back on them, which means even in USD anyway,

with my tax breaks and equip deduction of 25% off taxes in the states ...(over electric that is) ..so anyway...curious if that has

been moved back or moved forward..the 'deafening silence' is hurting my ears!

Rather than June 1st, what was originally stated is that they would be delivered during June as the latest month, what means June 30th the latest day. Let's be more precise: months have 30 days, and when deadlines are stated as a month, that means the last day of the month, not the first one. This confusion is the same that made a lot of people FUDing about Halong Miners, as some considered they should have been delivered by March 1st while what they promised was March (and actually they were delivered by the end of March, as promised)

yeah, I remember the original timeline was JULY 2018...but I also heard (most likely FUD) that it was to ship maybe in JUNE 2018 (or a hope of such)

with the 'deafening silence' I am assuming you are correct and these sc-1 siacoin miners won't ship at best till the end of July 2018

so I likely was in error on this 'supposed' 'hope for' June 2018 shipping date

(probably don't matter ...'doorstops' anyway...just saying)
