I'm having a big issue with my main account -- when I log on to BB (it works fine on MP and other supported sites) I always get that time out error. This is across FF, Chrome, and two different devices. I can, however, view BB perfectly if I just log back out and log in with an alternate account. And then swapping back and forth results in:

Main: Timeout

That is, again, across two browsers and two devices. I think it's an edge case scenario. Someone ran into a similar thing with MellowAds and they had to make a database edit to fix it.

Cookies are clear, and also tried in Incognito mode (FF/Chrome) and neither of those work, either.

There have been a couple times it has randomly started working after a delay of ~5-10 minutes (like the screen will remain un-updated and then 5-10m later it will finally sync) but that has been rare, and then a refresh results in the same non-connection issue. But throughout that same period, I can still log in using an alt account with no problems (even on the same PC -- like I can use FF to log main, and while it can't connect, use Chrome for the alt and it will work flawlessly, and then swap the two with the same result).

It's a really weird problem.

It works fine on mine and it should be not possible that the system update only the loss amount because if the system did so then you will end up with 0 BTC at some point, are you sure about this as there hasnt been any report regarding this? Moreover this is just a visual issue and not gonna affect your balance, so you can simply click on the refresh balance button
