Quote from: dNote on February 08, 2016, 05:46:06 PM Hello, New RPC-API will be delivered in next 7 days on github, will announce it before release. Thank you for waiting. P.S. But API is not the only thing. this is why the price is rising. i think i will go up to 75sats or more when i look at the charts on polo. so it is not too late to buy know.

Hello. I have an older client wallet, I used in July of 2015 to pull my XDN off of Bittrex. I tried to spin it up today, and it's not connecting, says 'connecting to remoteDarknoted'. I read some posts and it appears that it might be a node that is no longer responding? I only have my .wallet, but haven't exported those keys and apparently cannot now without being able to connect with the wallet software. I downloaded the latest version, and is running on my 64-bit Linux machine at home, and transferred the .wallet there. Assuming I still have my valid password when I created the wallet, will I be OK once this one syncs up?

Here is a new DigitalNote XDN GUI wallet based on latest DigitalNote 3.0.0-beta https://github.com/xdn-project/digitalnotewallet/commit/38914e1eeb540f003628b009bb6f6764dae00f2aThere are no visible changes in GUI client, although it uses new DigitalNote 3.0.0-beta codebase and you will notice increased speed and tx pool synchronization. We will upload binaries soon, but you can build your own now. In next GUI release we will provide some new features and improvements. Thank you for your support, we keep our work. We will introduce wiki about new industrial walletd API soon.

The best is mining XDN with your GUI client, because you run DigitalNote node in that case, spreading decentralization. This is not about performance, but about contributing to network strength.

If you are connected to a pool, are you not mining from the pool's node? Can you explain how to add your own port to the miner in the GUI client?
Thank you Team for the hard work and dedication!

Yes, you are connected to the pool`s node, but you still run your own node (not for mining, just running node for spreading decentralization). *Can you explain how to add your own port to the miner in the GUI client? -Do you mean for solo mining? You can`t do solo with GUI. If you want to change pool-port, go to mining tab -> Add pool -> Host:Port.

You can`t do solo with GUI. If you want to change pool-port, go to mining tab -> Add pool -> Host:Port. Thank you for the clear explanation. In this case there is no need to solo mine when the GUI wallet runs it's own node. Mine on a pool and run a node all from the wallet at the same time! Is this correct? Great stuff. Just like they say: DigitalNote, Ahead of bitcoin.
