Sadly, no matter what you mine, you will not earn a large amount without spending money on Gpus. Cpu mining will only give you a lot of XDN if you have a lot of computers. However, you can earn money in other ways. Take a look into technical analysis (trading) if you are interested. Also, within a few weeks there will be a giveaway on the subreddit DigitalNote. If you're interested in the coin then please subscribe to the subreddit:( https://www.reddit.com/r/digitalNote/) (making a Reddit account is free!) Also comment on our ongoin discussion so that we know who you are: https://m.reddit.com/r/digitalNote/comments/4ui0x3/revive_this_community/

Really appreciated. Firstly, please sub to the subreddit if you already haven't. Also comment there so the rest of the community knows who you are and mention your escrow idea on there. I think the advertising campaign will be in a few weeks since we need enough donators to fund it for a good amount of time.
What we need is a guide for a new user on the subreddit. A
Please could you make a thread on the subreddit outlining steps needed to join the community? Eg 1 download the wallet from DigitalNote.org (graphical wallet) 2 subscribe to subreddit 3 how to obtain DigitalNote (police Nunez etc) and so on.
When you are done send it to me, I'll just confirm it is fine and then you can post it!
PS do you know how to make a thread stay on the front page (sticky it or something like that)?
im already subed on reddit . im about to head out but when i get back ill do all that for sure. I am mining it on minergate but with the current hashrate of 10h/s I don't think I can earn more xdn Ihave a 2 core but can you send me a link to instruction on how I can mine more xdn I am interested to mine this coin because they are on some of the top exchanges and of course I like their features too..
send me your xdn address and ill send you 100 xdn. its not much but its a start. i started out mining on a core2duo so i understand your 10 hash a second pain lol.

Just a couple of questions for dNote: 1. How do PaymentIDs work and how do you get them? 2. What changes when you make the level of anonymity more? 3. Can you send XDN along with a message? 4. What is the point of the XDN blockchain (everyone is anonymous)? Also could you join the DigitalNote subreddit? https://www.reddit.com/r/digitalNote/

What is the point of the XDN blockchain (everyone is anonymous)? Also could you join the DigitalNote subreddit? https://www.reddit.com/r/digitalNote/I'm not dnote, but: 1. Payment id is a 64 char hex string, which is given to the sender by the receiver so that the receiver can identify whose payment is whose. It's important for exchanges and maybe businesses in the future, it's not generally necessary for person to person. It can be random or not. There are many tools for generating random hex strings, Python or gpg or this website http://www.random.org/bytes or many others. 2. When you change the level of anonymity it changes the mixin or ring size - the number of other TX outputs that yours is mixed with when sending. 3. I don't think so. 4. What is the point of any blockchain? What is the point of life on earth? Why does the universe exist? Jk, I would say it is to serve as the basis for an anonymous digital currency that allows for on and off chain messaging.

Nicely written jwinterm. Referring to question 3, I have sent and received messages with XDN many times. It is a great feature. Just a couple of questions for dNote: 1.
