Question: Before PoA, do we need merged mining?
Merged mining is a good idea
We do not need merged mining
We need only PoA
We need both merged mining and PoA

I'm on Windows 10 as well!
Just a wild guess (dev hasn't replied yet), maybe if you are using a VPN?

Also, have you allowed the program access in your firewall?
You have to be connected to the internet for it to sync of course!  Smiley

I haven't seen this problem for a while and thought it was solved however take a look at this, it is worth a try:

I also have that issue with wrong time (1970) - when will be a fix released?

From log:

Blockchain initialized. last block: 0, d1293.h3.m44.s28 time ago, current difficulty: 1

I have helped other people with this problem by emailing them a copy of my .bin files with working connections to replace them in the C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\digitalnote folder.

You can send me an email address via private message if you like or get the files from someone you know with a syncronized wallet.

Hello,
I've been trading and occasionally mining XDN in small quantities for a while and realised I was not monitoring this thread - which is not the most sensible thing, so I'm now adding XDN to my watchlist so I can keep up with the developments.

I really want to play with the self-destructing message feature, but I haven't been able to connect to any seed peer since I first started a couple of weeks ago. Would it be possible to get a DDL of a bootstrap file or the blockchain or something of that sort? A copy of the previously mentioned .bin files would be appreciated as well, if that would help. I'm still unfamiliar with the difference between Bitcoin-based wallets and CryptoNote-based wallets, so my terminologies and my understanding of the general workings of the coin may not be accurate. Hopefully, my request is still comprehensible.
