How to teach kids about Bitcoin?

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

Kids are exposed a lot on computer games, real games/toys and on TV cartoons so the best way to teach kids about bitcoin is through these resources, by making a short film/cartoon, mention more often bitcoin there and including virtual bitcoin as coins in computer games.

That's a great idea that resources can help a lot to make things easier. Cartoon is very much related for kids and it will help them for easily understand bitcoin without getting bored.

I don't think anyone would bother making a cartoon movie just to educate kids because that would not help either, the fact that bitcoins is complicated it should only be taught to matured people and definitely not kids.

Honestly its very hard to teach kids about bitcoin unless if you are a game developer you can make a bitcoin game and just to give this bitcoin game to kids and i think they will earn even a little bit about bitcoin..

Maybe a game is good idea to provide a general idea for kids but I do not think they need to learn exactly about bitcoin.

I don't think that. kids should learn about bitcoin.. because if we teach our kids about bitcoin at this point they will be more compatible to accept bitcoin when they grown up and come to psychical life.

Making a Cartoon movie may don't worth. but making a game about bitcoin is realy a good idea.
An android game which included with a built in faucet where kids can earn some satoshi while playing. with this kids can learn abut bitcoin even more easily and the developer of the game can also make a good profit.

I guess teaching BTC first will complicate the mind of the kids. Teach them your local currency first like US dollar, teach them how to save money, how to invest. It will be natural from that point to see different ways on investing such as stocks, foreign exchange and possible bitcoins

At this stage I will not ask my kids to earn bitcoin as they are kids and bitcoin can be complicated for them, instead I will ask them to concentrate on studies and enjoy childhood days.

At that age I don't think that they will find it easy, as even youngsters finds it difficult to understand it at initial stage so we cannot expect that kids will be interested in it.

I think best way to teach them is to create a wallet for them and ask them to buy some digital goods with bitcoin but I am not sure currently it is good for children to buy bitcoin.

I think a kid is not the time to know bitcoin? I doubt they even know about fiat currency of the country or their own Lol
so do not spend your time on things that do not matter like it. I'm sure if he had grown a lot of people will be interested in bitcoin

i wouldnt like my kids to be earning bitcoins too, well i guess it also depends on the kid age as a kid might be 10 years old but 17 years old also, so such kids should get some bitcoins in my opinion

First of all I'm interested in age of kids whom you wish to tell about bitcoins. If it is a teenager - well, then ok, it would be a nice variant of making money to them, but if it's children garden child -I don't see the reason to teach him or her about bitcoin, it's just wasting of time.

I also agree. Because telling too small kids about bitcoins might make them feel funny about bitcoins.
While if you tell to teenagers then surely a big potential in our future community.

Teen has high power to evaluate the something and they can faster in there mind. It will be right age to tell them about Bitcoins as they will take some curiosity to the BTC and with their skill they can go good with it.. But we should know that the kids also should be focused in their studies also..and teaching them to trade with bitcoin can be a good idea too

I would explain them that it is digital money with a moving price. I would set up a wallet to them and show them how addresses work and how to get payments and send payments.
For earning, I would probably give them some games to play trough which they can earn some Bitcoins. It would be fun for the kids and good for earning some easy money.

To be honest i do not think that it is really a good idea to try and teach kids about Bitcoin because they need to focus on other things.
Let them focus and school and sports and stuff.
