Im sure its easier to explain this to youngsters rather than older people. Maybe draw some lines with fiat and good to go
Of course teens will better understand how the work of bitcoin. Because they are the millennium generation. Of course today's teens are very familiar with technology, so it's not hard to explain to him yes you are right the youngsters could understand technology better because they have a good picking power and also now a days the young generation is taking part in many technologies, for example in my country there are 8 and 9 years old Microsoft engineers, so think it is easy for youngsters to understand bitcoin. That is amazing to hear about these kids that they are software engineers. I think your country will be more faster in the technology of software. You have to teach them about bitcoin and I am sure that they will get a higher success in the world of crypto and will support bitcoin and will give it the success. Technology is really boosting the kids and will make new geniuses in our world faster to learn. I have heard one kid who made an android application and made some USD just because of that. This will be a new generation who will have kids that are exceptional. But still it would be better if they stay at school. It is way too different in terms of teaching. Maybe some of them will use bitcoin as their transaction currency in case they created another project for it. For them staying at school is better but learning about bitcoin and its technology is also now a part of their learning and education because in the future everyone will adopt bitcoin and international businesses and transactions will be with bitcoin so if they will learn then they will have their complete education.

Yes teaching them about the technology of bitcoin from the beginning will help them more as they will then think about that technology and they will add more benefits to that technology they will also try to introduce more features to bitcoin. As said making the children grow with good technology knowledge from the beginning is quite a good plan to make things work better and enhance the creativity. Same time we need to teach them the time management and human value, because at times the same education might make them value technology and not the human beings.

Teaching kids about bitcoin won't be that hard since most of our new generations now are into technology especially those kids that are addicted to video games, we can start telling them that they can purchase bunch of stuffs for their video games by using bitcoin.

Well I need to correct you here mate. Basically those 8-9 year kids being employed by Microsoft or any major company are actually unique and rare. You can't expect the same from each and every kid in the world. I believe kids should be educated and rather follow a general pattern and with time when they are grown enough they should look for earning and trying things like bitcoins. I am thrice the age of kids yet I cannot 100% understand how bitcoins work.

Well in my own point of view kids will not get interested in using bitcoin because all they want to do is play all day long and they don't know how to hold and manage there money so there is no point that they can learn to use bitcoin. They should use bitcoin if they are in a right age. Then if they are in a right age i will just show them how do i work in bitcoin in every steps.

Well in that case, I think we should give some information to the kids about not just the bitcoin but also the new revolutionary innovations such as A.I, Bio metric payments and that too as soon as possible because it will help them to tune in with the new world. I don't mean that we should explain them each and everything in depth but at least making them aware about the things happening around us.

Agree we can say that you can buy an item using bitcoin so that they would get curious about it then start learning it , so that time if they are earning already they can use it in playing games and no need to get a money from their payments for buying those virtual goods.

Its not easy to teach them something about the bitcoin but this is also depending on which age they are to be honest. I think that if we can make a sort of game to learn them things about the bitcoin it will be much easier.

It is very difficult to teach kids about bitcoin because they don't know all about money or about economics, all they know is to play because they are just kids. But if you want to teach kids about bitcoin you should first teach them how to handle their own money and teach them how to use bitcoin in every steps.

This is true. Kids can not or may not absorb the details about bitcoin because they dont know about money or economics as quoted above. But to be able to learn bitcoin teach them first the idea of money and saving it. Teach them economics by letting them handle small business like lemonade stand. Then teach them the basics of bitcoin.

I do not think to teach kids about bitcoin, I think a kids is not enough to know the bitcoin and let them understand fiat currency first, so if they already have a basic understanding of the legal currency we will find it easier to tell about bitcoin. IMHO

well kids like to play, so something that can bring together bitcoin and gaming
like puzzle that when solved reveal a private key for example
it is important that kids start to learn early some basic economy, at least something about income and expenditure
i heard about a new law for some countries that will make it possible(to teach them basic economy) in schools
i agree ... life will be easy if kids learn early how to earn or manage there money's parents will be prove of it ... Yeah I also thought that teach about bitcoin to kids is very important if kids learn how to earn money through bitcoin or manager their money in bitcoin and I think nowadays earn money throght bitcoin is very much important because I heard that a lot of school child afford their education expenditure through bitcoin earnings. i do not think that teaching bitcoin to kids carry any mean. i think no one teach to their children how to use fiat. but they learn it as it is natural. similarly when children will feel the need to learn about bitcoin they will automatically lean about that. but i do not think that we need to teach about using bitcoin right now.

Just let them play some simple games that pays bitcoin or small amount of satoshi so they will get an idea on how to earn satoshi by putting some effort to play the games that can be found in the internet.
Not bad idea but then there are much better games out there. You won't ever wish a kid spending his childhood learning the technical aspects of bitcoins, and guys seriously who are suggesting that kids should start with faucet are really a disgrace to the community. Would you ask your child to spend his entire childhood just for earning a few cents ? Pity and the worst ever suggestion.

Yes, I agree with this. Teaching kids about bitcoin will be beneficial. I hope it would be like learning by playing. that would be the best. I think you are not thinking what may happen to the kids if these is done. There will be a lot of negative traits that may get to her, for example, the kid will be addicted to that game especially when you say you earn through playing, another one is that they will influenced by you being a control freak, means that they also want to get what they want so you must be prepared. More importantly, they will have no interest to school, why do you need to school if you are earning money, right?

In this case children should not be introduced first with bitcoin because at an early age children do not need it that it takes just learning and playing just not to make money. Bitcoin is included as an alternative transaction tool, Children do not need it. Children prefer the game at an early age then it's better that the number of games that produce bitcoin so that children are interested in the game from bitcoin earnings results are better managed by their parents.

In my humble opinion I wouldn't worry too much about kids at this point. There's a lot of people uninformed or misinformed about crypto. Even people in this forum and not actually new in the bitcoin world.
Before going deep into bitcoin, I really think everyone should understand why our monetary system and fractional reserve lending will never work. And why blockchain (or similar technology) can solve these problems.

That is right, we can't just teach these kind of things to kids, we are just being selfish and we just want to teach them what we want, how about their wants, their dreams they have their own paths to take, we must not take it from them. It is better if they can just study first, they will be using and needing that knowledge.
