I am trying to add a new pool for sprouts and having issues getting the stratum to run.

I tried a nomp based stratum, but that didn't work. There seems to be a basic incompatibility. Seen this before with other coins.

My fallback has been to set up a python based stratum but this time it is just stuck testing submitblock over and over again.

Is there something special I need to do to the stratum config to talk to this blockchain?

See if ocminer is awake.  He will probably put you on the right path.  I think he told me that there was something he had to do but I don't remember what.  Good luck.  Wish i could be more helpful than that.

I tried to manually payout my sprouts from maxminers a few days ago and still haven't received them. Any ideas? I apologize for participating here without being on a coding level. I'm actively trying to learn while wading into the altcoin world; I'm obviously just not on the same level as most here.

First are you using the latest wallet?  Then do you have a conf file in your roaming/sproutcoin folder.  You might have to back up your wallet and upg%ade to the new one.  My wallet is now working perfectly since i did what i think it was Nthused posted.  Hopefully it is just in the blockchain and it will come to you when you upgrade.  If you need any help then most in here will help.  I will be happy to help you if i can see the screen.  I am awake most of the time.
Don't apologize because you can't code.  I have been doing this for years and all i could possibly do with code is mess it up.  I am just now trying to get some of these guys info to rub off on me.  I can help you with your wallet though.

It is just pretty BLUE still!!  Looks like 2 big links also lol.  Yep, I butchered it.  Now I will go butcher it more.

The first half is kind of a link underneath a different link.  The second half is the Exchange link under all that other junk.  Good thing nobody is on and can see this mess.  I will fix it better lol.

Well it is blue and black now and the 3 links are separate.  Maybe one more time.

Sig is done.  It is as even as I can get it.  I deleted most of the junk in the code.  I had to leave some because when I tried to delete it, it would only show ERROR!! in the sig.  I don't have a clue why it is there but that is nothing new.  I messed it up so bad and changed it around and deleted so much that whoever wrote the original wouldn't recognize it lol.  Oh well, learned just a little today so that is cool with me.
