I agree, we can look back at the history of Bitcoin.  Those who bought at less than a dollar and hold had been a millionaire when price of Bitcoin goes up 100,000% + times.  And considering Bitcoin market is still young, adoption is still young and market has not been saturated, we really can be sure that Bitcoin will go up in the future.  So holding it till that time come will certainly give us a good profit.

I agree, we can look back at the history of Bitcoin.  Those who bought at less than a dollar and hold had been a millionaire when price of Bitcoin goes up 100,000% + times.  And considering Bitcoin market is still young, adoption is still young and market has not been saturated, we really can be sure that Bitcoin will go up in the future.  So holding it till that time come will certainly give us a good profit.

The price will continue to go up, but the main thing is that the higher the price is, the more it takes for the price to move forward. In short, the returns that early adopters have managed to realize, will not be realized in current times anymore, unless the price happens to rocket up to insanely high price levels that grant you a growth of x10-20 from current levels. I personally prefer to remain more conservative and focus on reaching $2000 first. This already will form a massive challenge with scaling debates still not being settled.

Yes patience is the key if you are looking to make some good profits from bitcoin and you should not get panic even if the price starts falling as if you get panic and sell your coins at that point then it will give you only loss but if you manage to hold it in that scenario then you can make good profits in future when price will go higher once again.

Gold can never be earned and you have to put your real money into it if you want gold in your wallet but bitcoin can be earned in many ways so even if you don't have capital to invest in buying bitcoins you can still hope of holding bitcoins in your wallet by earning in different ways depending on your skills.

Me too, I am so late being one of the bitcoin users despite knowing it so early. If I was just so trusting that time, because the early days or months of bitcoin, I did not trust it because it may just be a scam. But if I just earn some bitcoins back then, I think I will be kind of rich right now.

Holding a bitcoin for a long time is a really good way to make money, many people earned a lot of money and profit because of it. You know, the story of a guy bought a bitcoin for $25 and just after 3 years it is worth almost $50000 ( correct me if I am wrong). It is really effective saving it.

It's not like you say because if I'll sell coins when price will fall and luckily you buy in still more lower price, than you are in some % profit and you can continue holding bitcoins but such action is now trading. To my mind it's better to hold 50% of bitcoins for future, trade with 40% and use 10% for your wishes. Smart trading is much profitable than long-term bitcoin hold.
