Honestly, I doubt it very much. It took a huge manipulation scheme to get to the $1200 level last time. That was nearly two and a half years ago. Since then, we didn't do much (or to put in a different way, we didn't do enough) to fuel rise to such levels other than by another huge pump & dump action. I don't see fundamental reasons to rise that far, and with speculations pumps so far we didn't see much excitement either, as of recently. The last pumped ended very quickly, as soon as we touched $500 level (last November).

True, we need some extremely huge manipulative action here in order for that price to take place...
We are being over-speculative these days, we should control our sentiments as we know markets' sentiments are totally different and won't result in our decided values soon...

Predictions like that are seldom correct. But it is usually quite easy to predict long term trends based on factual statistics. I strongly believe those who have lots of money, especially those who have earned it, have far better insight than the average investor. In my opinion, anyone who can't see the world's fiat system is bankrupt and running on borrowed time is completely clueless. That video about choosing a candy bar over a 10oz silver bar proves my point beyond any shadow of a doubt. It is amazing how many people seem to have forgotten what happened in 2008-2009, and how poorly the world's economy has done since then.
There is a reckoning coming, and those who believe it can be avoided are living in a fantasy. When it will happen can't be predicted to any exact day or month, but it will be here soon. There should be no doubt about that to any educated person. The US national debt has doubled in less than 8 years, and average family wealth is down by 40%. These numbers are actually far worse than government bean counters admit, but you can choose what you want to believe. Unfunded liabilities are now well above $200 trillion in the USA alone, with most state and local governments falling farther and farther into debt. As I told a liberal the other day, if $15 an hour is good, why wouldn't $50 an hour be better? Bitcoin will rise not because of any artificial pump, but because of the implosion of the manipulated fiat banking system.

well, if we are looking at a fast rise in a short time lets say in a month or so then yeah it needs a big manipulation, even bigger than last time because there is a lot more investors and whales in the market.

but if we are looking at a larger scale for longer time then 1200-1300 is not a hard goal to achieve because that would still be cheap and 1/3-1/4 th of the value of bitcoin.

Now the possibility is very less. Recently when the price rise continued for few weeks everyone expected that the price will be reached soon. But when the price increase suddenly got paused the reality changed. now everyone's hope is that price need to reach at least $800 within this year.

Thats definitely impossible for this to happen in just a month because the price cant grow that fast even though people would be really interested in btc...

Well it has definitely happened once already, and it didn't take anywhere near an entire month. So saying it is impossible is clearly illogical.

We have less than 60 days left before the reward halves, so I would suggest we will see a BIG move before then. I'm not sure what the exact number is, but my guess is that Bitcoin needs to gain at least 80% of it's current value within the next few months to survive halving. If it doesn't you will see mining operations around the world start to disappear, and those predicting Bitcoin's demise may win the bet...  That is my idea of definitely impossible.

That could happen only after the block size is increased to 2MB or more. Halving itself will not push the price that high.

Bitcoin will not rise that fast and that is because it will be stable for a long time and that is bad because many people wants to make profit with it and that is not always possible.
But you should to take the risk to make an investment in Bitcoin.

no i don't think so, price now is only 450$ so it would have to rise 3 times more than it is now, and that is very hard for bitcoin in short time like 1 month, it needs more time

maybe after halving, price will be able to rise to 1300$ in few days or week, but of course price will fall a little bit too then so it will stay at 1000$ only at best case scenario
