Just a heads up.... Once I implement the 1% bonus fee, I'm also removing transaction fees.

I like the new look/options! Lots of new useful information!

I'm coming back in a few days, when I get my miners set up at the new house, and have the net transferred!

I'll have the perfect server room, with a ton of ventilation, built in shelving, and a dedicated A/C unit for the room, which will be ducted to each shelf of mobos!   Cool
It was a recording studio, so it's sound proof too!  Grin

I'm envious. I have to keep my miners spread around the house just to keep the temperature from fluctuating too much.

Yep, and about 20 others. I opensourced the frontend.

Thanks everyone for your hashes!!!!

I'm thinking of adding some incentive giveaways once the pool moves to a percentage Wink

Also, once the pool moves to 1%, I'll be removing tx fees on the next block.

And.... I should be getting a few more miners online myself (my daughter want's a linux box, how convenient).

There is actually a calculation on the Pool Stats page that shows how often we should statistically find a block based on current hashrate Smiley

124hrs @ 15Ghs. currently.

Additionally, it shows daily estimation based on hashrates

Welcome new members!

Got one more 5850 online today, hopefully the other comes in tomorrow!

I noticed your hashrate go up, hopefully that other card comes in for you today.

I wish this pool had the following it did before you had to take it offline. I definitely prefer the smaller pools to the bigger ones, makes it more exciting when you find a block, plus there's a sense of community. This pool should definitely be bigger than it is, you've put a lot of work into it, made it open source, plus it's just good.

Maybe you could make a simplecoin.us relaunch thread? Or start a thread in the newbies section? (not sure if that's frowned upon)
What about doing a promotion where some extra bitcoins get handed out. Maybe to the people that find a block, or maybe a random drawing of miners that were mining when the next few blocks are found. Something to bring some miners in to a point where we're finding a block every few days or so (or better Smiley).

I'd be willing to put up a few bitcoins to help out with that if you're interested.

After we find this next block I was planning on a few incentives (hard to incentivize when it's operating at a loss)  Wink I'm thinking of giving away one of my 5830s as well as BTC. Something along the lines of block finders are pooled for a drawing at the end of the month.

That sounds pretty sweet, a 5830 would be a great prize. Also, thanks for letting me be king of the hashrates there for a second. Felt good to be king, if only for a second.

Don't motivate me to buy more cards, even though that damn crown just looks so good on me  Grin

In an effort to generate extra hashes.... I'll be giving a 1btc bonus to the finder of each tenth block!

(for starters) There will be more giveaways to come.

I'm throwing everything I got at you SC! We will get this block soon, and once we do I'll punch it in the esophagus. Y'know, just to make it an example for other feisty blocks that think about getting uppity.
