i think this will still depend to the kind of product you are selling and who you market the products.
these two should be inline for it wil be a failure if you promote and sell ice cream to the iskimos.  so targeting the right audience and right product matters.

I agree that social media is one of the best way for a starter to promote his goods, but it would be better if you have your own site for your goods, a forum for the user feed back will be greatly appreciated too.  it maybe hard starting but once you hold a grasp in it, the next step will be easy.  Btw, make sure you have a tight security on your site and it is protected from DDOS attack.

facebook is a brilliant source of online marketing. almost every company, and website have their official facebook fanpage and these gives them huge benefit too..
but now adays facebook is full of bots. so don't go to these fake follower providers. they may cause your page banned.

I can personally say that internet marketing is really not that easy its true that it really requires a lot of time,experience and knowledge. As i have done this before i was able to fail in just a week long period and decided to quit before losing much more amounts

True, I am also selling some products before and it was really hilarious because i really don't have that kind of patience in writing some articles for my products so it would always end up to just stop that business or hire someone who could sell that for me so that instead of dumping those i can still sell it and pay some commissions to who ever i hired.

It's a good strategy also. You can pay comissions for people sell your products. But offer a good comission, or nobody will want to spend their own time to earn low rewards, it would be like a faucet.

Yes thats true i've seen big poops on the online marketing world being so successful about that commission. It is probably be one of the best marketing strategy because all you have to do is just to provide the product. it is much likely similar to networking strategy but you should provide better benefits to your downlines.

You're right, it's not having a different between the internet marketing and real marketing but if we are want to see about the development of the technology in this day I can assuming if using the internet marketing are more effective comparing with the real marketing, our target are the internet users and you can covering more areas for using the internet marketing and having a limit about the real marketing. and more massive adoption.
