Great. I look forward slapping this on Solo CK Pool. Smiley

I'll need a way to leave it running 24/7. I'll probably do it on my GPU rig thats running 24/7 anyways.

Just need to figure out how much power the USB port on that mobo can safely give. (H81 Pro BTC)

That is what I'm going to do.  I'm looking into running a node on a r-pi version 2 and if so, I'll run a true solo mine.  The people I've talked with about the full node a pi have had mixed luck though.

I just got word the heatsinks finally shipped, so we'll likely have them by Friday. Novak got word last night the robot cleared receiving customs and will be re-shipping to us soon.

Do you have a new date when you anticipate you will be able to ship them out?

I'm probably one of the few electrical engineers in Missouri (especially under 30) more familiar with Shakespeare than video games. No idea what that reference is.

Now where's my old 286...

I had to giggle for two reasons, first the Commander Keen reference...

Second, I'm named Luke too!

Who needs a 286 when DOSBox works great on a Novena?
At least, that's how my children play Keen on a regular basis... Smiley

'Cause my old 286 is still running, and has dos and keen installed, and then some.
plus i miss hearing that old 20MB 5.25" HDD winding up and setting the heads in place. .. i wonder how many hashes a minute that system could do :-?

Short, flippant answer: About 60 times as many as it could do in a second!!!  Smiley

Yeah, considering a human typically burns about 100W average, the efficiency really sucks.

He could implement an OCR interface for a full node, then fax his solved block to it.

Thank you for the swift answer. Given that this is a pre-order, I'm sure you understand wanting to stay in the loop on when the order is coming.

How about faxing? Don't neglect the glorious system of faxing. In the legal world that's the number one way of communicating!

I picked up heatsink screws today. Heatsinks will be here tomorrow. Novak just checked on the robot; it's in Customs in Ohio and the mother@!#$& shippers didn't include ANY of the pertinent info Customs needed - AGAIN - but we're on the ball this time and should be able to minimize delays.
