Today was first day of Asia Cup Qualifiers and I have first upset as I was expecting Nepal will do some good and strong performance but Oman thrash them badly and won first match very easily by Seven wickets in second match UAE also outclass Singapore and have big won in third match Malaysia done some decent job and won match by 3 wickets with 7 overs remaining
Now after 10 hours we are going to have fourth test between England and India as series is leading by home team we can expect good and interesting match between them.

Ireland has started their second one-day match against Afghan in an unexpected way. Afghan has already lost the first four-wicket just for 18 runs in 10 overs. Murtagh has done a superb spell for Ireland, bowled five overs and gave just 9 runs and took three wickets and all of them are bowled. Ireland captain is doing a good thing by asking Murtagh to continue his bowling for sixth over. Since he is bowling well so captain needs to ask him to bowl another two overs at least. The current Afghan-run rate is less than 2 runs per over and they need score at least 200+ runs then they can try for winning the match.

Afghanistan openers (Mohammad Shahzad & Hazratullah Zazai) totally collapsed today; the one-down batsman didn't do any good either. The middle-order did perform fine, but they really need to improve their running; two major middle-order batsmen got run-out today.

Oh well, this win will definitely give a boost up to Irish team for tomorrow's series-deciding match.

I think this win for Ireland makes the series more interesting, Ireland ain't a bad cricket team and will be more competitive with every series they play. I really like seeing these lower ranked teams win as it makes it more interesting to watch instead of the lower ranked teams getting smashed all the time. Well, they will need to improve a lot when facing the higher ranked teams such as India, England, Australia etc....

Yesterday was a very good match between Ireland and Afghanistan but till the end Ireland fighter very nicely but the major problem Afghanistan has given many extras by the experienced bowlers. Compared to the previous years lower ranked team are fighting and improved a lot in terms of batting.

This would be a do or die match for India as if they lose out this match they will lose the series and if they are able to draw or win the match then they will still if in the hunt for the 5th test match and that would be a big match as all stakes will go on that final match for the series.

England after winning the toss this was not expecting that they lose their top 4 batsman so quickly which is like before the 1st session of the 1st day they have being exposed by the Indian bowlers . It is a good pitch to bat on as any captain would have gone for batting.

I agree the batting performance by England in the last test and now in this 1st innings has been second rate. I also think it could be time for Cook to retire which I actually think he should of done after the Australian tour last year. They need to introduce new blood into the team which many teams had to do in recent years. They rely on Root too much but he can't be the man to do it all the time which then puts him under pressure to perform all the time. I think they have found a good player in Curran which is the one positive they can take out of this 1st innings.

This partnership is growing slowly and if they add another 100 runs then India may easily build a good lead on this good foundation from the top orders. Now India shouldn't hurry for the runs but they need to play slowly until new ball swing reduces.

Pujara was unbeaten at 312 and India is all out now. India have taken 27 runs lead which is a good thing as last 2 batsman of the India helped them to achieve this and this match has gone now neck to neck as now all depend upon 2nd innings runs.
