At last New Zeland got Perera, i think it was fix as he took physio help and got indication of now lose the wicket  LOL, as you can see the odd for Sri Lanka win was nearby 100 times and it went to both 1.90 , so who ever played had a lucky chance to get profit if he had cashout in time.

Perera has been brilliant. He did not have any option but to hit. I used to gable in live matches and I know the excitement of winning the large odd. I once won an odd which was 1/30. £10 game me £300 LOL but it was in football. After the 90th minute and the market was over/under goal.

Its looks like South Africa heading towards big lead after 4 wickets down. Lead is now 24 and 6 wickets in hand. do you guys think that they can take 200 runs lead from here? or i am underestimating pakistan bowling here? if they managed to do then easily 2-0 up in 3 match series.

Dude you came up pretty close with your assessment so far. We all were expecting fight from pakistani bowlers but on 2nd day SA ends up with 205 runs lead and still 4 wickets to go.

Thanks, it was just a lucky hunch not well thought assesment. as of now draw is out of equation because pitch is still alive and i don't thing pakistani batter can bat long enough. SA lead is 243 run and they need 9 wickets to win if they want Innings win. Tough day ahead of Pakistan batsmen still more than 70 overs to bat in 3rd day

Pakistan trail by 234 runs with 9 wickets remaining and it looks like another test they are going to lose. It's just the first session of Day 3. Pakistan may not even be able to save the innings lose.

The wicket is going to favor bowling team.

Day 4 in the Australia/India test match will be interesting to see if India can get the remaining 4 wickets quickly and then see what decision Kohli will make, bat again or enforce the follow-on if it comes to that. I can't see Australia winning this match unless the two batting right now make a 200+ run partnership and get as close to India as they can but even then India will most likely bat for the draw. Time will tell but its looking like an Indian win and a first ever test series win in Australia.

Shad Masood and Asad Shafiq batted well but failed to convert their inning into big inning. If not for no ball or Babar Ajam brave inning with tailenders then they were facing lose with in the 3rd day.

 South Africa need only 41 runs to win this series. nothing much pakistani bawlers can do here but only take 1-2 wickets and held their head high that they fought well.

I agree. The chances for Australia pulling off a miracle are slim to none at the moment. Bad weather conditions are basically saving them at the moment and this is the only way they can survive this match without a loss most likely.

Its like the Gods heard what the australians wanted and decided to interrupt the match at this exact moment.

If the weather does get better, I feel that it is all over for the Australian team due to the stellar performance by India(Batting and balling).

Having 10 wickets a day will really be tough. There is a mere chance of happening this since Australia knows they have no chance of winning. They will try to survive the whole day and will be successful, IMO. If Dhoni was the captain, I would expect a win with a 60% possibility.

I think unwanted break helped Kohli in this regard. as result, our all bowling unit got rest too so he decided to bowl again. we already have seen a similar situation in the last test. where Kohli went for bat again in the second inning.

Exactly, the batting line up of Pakistan is too worst. They are having this problem for a long time although they did some good result last year or previous, lol. I can't remember. I am almost out of cricket for the last 1 year.

A rare chance of winning for India. Someone earlier mentioned that India has a bit of bad luck and that's true. There was a big chance but now Australia seems to survive the day by anyhow for getting rid of losing the match.

Finally, there wasn't any coincidence that help to pass out unpredictable Pakistan! If you don't get manage a good score on board, you're under the pressure, especially when you play in South African ground.

South Africa has never lost a Test series against Pakistan in their homeground, so it's not like that this was unpredictable. In the second inning though, Pakistani team looked a little bit comfortable on the wicket; this shows that they're finally getting a bit familiar with the pitch conditions of South African grounds.

IMO, Pakistan might have lost this Test series, but they're starting to look strong for upcoming ODI series.

Yeah they played well in second inning as @maddy mentioned that as well. They can surely take couple of positive things from second inning.

I do feel that every sub continent team should play atleast 2 warm up match before any test series with SENA countries

When we think about it 10 wickets in a day isn't all that much as the pitch might start to play tricks on the Australian batsman and if the mind set of the Australian team is to go out there to try and draw the match it can be their down fall. I actually think Australia need to just go out there and play their natural game and not think too much about saving the test match as the series is already over. India have been the dominate team all series and deserve to be in this position. Like I mentioned in a previous post I think it will be the Indian spinners that can get the win for India today so time will tell.
