What a fantastic innings by Cook, he deserved to make a century in his last ever test match and has also put his team in a strong position to win this test match and go out on a high. I can't see India lasting tomorrow and England should win before tea unless India put up a fight. Its not really looking good for India heading into the Australia test match series starting in 3 months time as the pitches in Australia are similar to the ones in England. So it will be interesting to see how India go, they must try and gain some confidence by trying to bat well tomorrow and if they can try to get a draw.

Last two sessions was very interesting as Indians fight good and give some tough time to English bowlers as Rahul and Pant both attacking and all was not in good against this attacking strategy because they was not expecting this from them in last session Adil was hero for England as he done some very serious magic against Rahul and then they was on as they destroy all tail enders very quickly Anderson is also now climbing above which is good.

At one stage, India lose their wickets fastly KL Rahul and Rishabh pant made a decent score in order to be in safe zone. With these two centuries at least they reached more than 300 runs otherwise, they will lose the last test match with a huge run difference.

Even though India lost in this 5th test match, at least they showed some fight on the last day. Overall they don't really take much out of the series as it was a disappointing once again for them when they travel and to be honest its not looking good for when they tour Australia later this year. Farewell Alastair Cook on a magnificent career, he is truly one of the best batsman England has ever seen.

This is not new for them as they have very poor history against Australia England New Zealand and South Africa they never focus of this because mostly they believe wins at home enough for them but now time for change they have some very quality seamer and if they want to rule in cricket they surely they need to bring some supportive pitches at home which helps them in these countries and they try to win even batting is never been problem for them but in recent time they have not good quality test batsmen for seaming conditions.

He may be only 33. But he has already played a total of 161 tests during his 12 year career. That is a quite heavy workload, if you compare with the other players. For example, Sourav Gangly played a total of 113 tests, during his 12-year career.
