Yes I remember that match very well as I went for Pakistan on that day and they won me some money. I think that this person was trying to say is that India win most of the games when these two teams play each other, we very rarely see Pakistan beat India in any cricket match however Pakistan do play well in big games when there is something on the line when they play India. But Pakistan prevailed in the end, primarily due to Malik's experience. He just needed 3 balls to get the required runs, with a six and a four to finish the match.
