^ Maybe. But if they continue to get mediocre results and not win trophies in the next three years or so, I think Mou's gonna be given the sack. The way United's been spending for transfers, surely they're demanding something more from the players... And the manager. And it's nice to see Kompany play again... He had a goal too. Sure Mou's definitely going to get it right next season because he's spent the last two seasons trying to build Manchester United from the rot they became after Ferguson left and so they should give this man the time because he's an excellent team builder and the results will be evident for all to see starting next season i reckon. I hope so... Although I see Liverpool being in a better position to challenge for the league title in the next 5 or so years. Klopp has a knack for building good, effective squads with lesser budget like what he did with BVB. Mou on the other hand seems to be fading and declining as of late... He prolly needs a long break away from the game or something.

Arsenal already humiliated by Manchester City yesterday and they looks can't stopped dominance of Manchester City and for upcoming match against Manchester City again next weekend although Arsenal play as host team but on my predictions this match will belong to Manchester City again
Humiliated pretty badly, complete dominance in yesterdays game. And yes I would also say the upcoming match would be also dominated by Manchester City, but it might not be a clean sheet, as the game is hosted by Arsenal, so they will have some advantages. I would say it would be something like the game between Manchester United and Chelsea, 2-1 the other day. Guardiola has created a war machine! his Manchester City is almost at the levels of his Barcelona. This year Manchester City can do the "Triplete" (Premier League, National Cup and Champion's League). This team can dominate European football in the next few years.

Well it pays to wait and the e isn't any better replacement for mourinho out there yet who is jobless and so sacking a coach of his caliber could be suicidal for united at this stage and do they should give him a longer time to experiment; maybe a season more before making him face the axe if things don't change. Yeah exactly that's what I mean, mou just need to change the way his style to play defensively to play openly like what a lot of fans wanted, otherwise he could be hated . Defending aren't Manchester United character since the club built. People would get bored and blame the manager if he did it in the next few years. Defending won't give you a trophy but a safe haven.

Indeed the final result is more needed, but the way we get it, if playing with full defense, then the audience can also be upset while watching. Manchester United are a great team and playing defensive is not a big team trait, not a feature of Manchester United. Mourinho has too often played defensively, especially in big match, he must change how to play to not play defensive.

So will the result be different this day between the host team being held at Emirates Stadium or some in the same from the last encounter they had? I agree, it was an embarrassment for all fans of Arsenal playing at Wembley stadium getting shutout and Manchester City getting the clean sheet. But will the game get cancelled due to weather conditions in England? https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/arsenal-vs-manchester-city-travel-advice-how-to-get-to-emirates-stadium-in-the-snow-and-live-updates-a3778191.htmlThere is still about 3-4 hours left for them to announce if it will be cause I can imagine there being alot of car wreaks on the way to the stadium for fans with the way they are describing the road conditions atm. https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/arsenal-man-city-weather-on-14353470also here explains that the Manchester City players already are at the stadium arriving by train: https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/arsenal-man-city-snow-squad-14353285

We can be confident, but do not be too confident. For the Premier League, the champions seem to be in Manchester City, but for the Champions League, I do not think Manchester City is too sure. If a glance at the club's performance in the Champions League this season, Liverpool even played very well too, even Liverpool never lost. Better Guardiola to focus team to immediately secure the top of the standings, after the champion has been secured, then the rampage is outside the Premier League.

With today's ruthless performance by Manchester city and its just the first half I don't see how arsenal will manage to keep wenger, for a second when the game began I thought Arsenal were going all out for a win and in a flash they were down and with 4 shots on target of which 3 found the back of the net....City means business!!! Cricket score coming up

Cricket score coming up Arsenal did not deserve to lose three to zero goals but would be much more worse than that if City and Guardiola were convinced if the results. And after this Wenger will go to the press conference says that they played good and didn't deserve this and it was always the ref fault he got the team to Championsleague 20 times and they still have a chance so he is not going to quite the team at these bad times and he will demand fans to stay quite and be good fans and encourage him on bringing the club down to the lowest stages. Let's face Wenger is done at Arsenal the board should be starting preparations for them to try and bring a new head manager.

Another 3-0 for City against Arsenal! after 30 minutes the game was already closed. in 2018 Arsenal lost 7 times and only the victory of the Europa League would avoid a disastrous season.

With City winning easily against Arsenal, I think now for sure its City's title. Its been a dominating season by City and I can't remember a team being so dominating like City has in a very long time. I must admit as a City fan its been great to watch and entertaining but it would of been nice to see a lot more competition from the other teams to make the title race a lot more interesting. Well the top 3 is interesting to watch to see which teams finish in the top 3 at seasons end.

In truth City won the league since December when they acquired that 15pts lead. There was no way they could lose it from there. I'm not one to usually play this card, since it beginning to be the norm of football, but here it goes "money buys titles". It has simple as that. Man City have spent the heaviest and it is no surprise they are where they are at the moment. Nobody can compete with such funding support in the EPL. That being said, I take nothing away from Pep and the style of play he is using in the Prem. Maybe if Pochettino had same amount of funds (and profile to attract such players), he would be very close to City. Honestly for me football started losing it's true meaning when it became too commercial. I think the turning point was the arrival of Roman to Chelsea; he opened the flood gates.

Yeah... even I who always hope for the impossible underdogs to mess up the rules of Premier League had always known City would win as long as the other 5 below them kept up with their inconsistencies (actually only Liverpool have matched their performance since January, trading the loss against the Reds with Liverpool's suprise defeat to Swansea). Money doesn't buy titles. I can't really believe in that... but the evidence is certainly there, isn't it? Ever since Chelsea and Mourinho took Abramovich's money and won an instant title, apart from the amazing run of Leicester, money's really been the ones keeping the teams in the running for the title. Arsenal's abject failure to hold their own in seasons past is just another sad example of how they can't compete. Watching the half empty stadium behind Wenger last night was just... heartbreaking. City spent more on defence this season than most countries do on their own defence budget! Credit to Pep of course. He's brought his own style, survived the jeers from previous seasons and almost repeated Arsenal's unbeaten feat. But yes. If Pochettino had the same resources. If Klopp had the same propensity to spend... maybe things might be different. But here's to Spurs or Liverpool next season! Or another surprise outfit.

I mean sure City was ahead and was playing well, but I wouldn't start considering them as 'having won the league' at that point. Not before the winter transfer window at least. I'd like to see them play vs Bayern at some point in the CL.

Arsenal's performance yesterday was horrendous (I'm running out of adjectives to describe how bad 'Wenger and his comedy club' have been this season) Guardiola has created a war machine! his Manchester City is almost at the levels of his Barcelona. This year Manchester City can do the "Triplete" (Premier League, National Cup and Champion's League). This team can dominate European football in the next few years.
This Man City doesn't even come close to that Barcelona. We can say that Pep's Barca was a great team because that team had won 6 titles in one year, while Manchester City has only won one of the least important titles in Europe (carabao cup). And just like tokeweed said, we have yet to see City playing against a top club. It's all good you go full on attack mode in the premier league against second-tier clubs, but when you have to face a top clubs (clubs that have actually dominated European Football) with the likes of CR7, Bale, Modrid, Marcelo (Real Madrid), Messi, Suarez, Iniesta, Alba, (Barcelona), or Lewandowski, Ribery, James, Robben (Bayern) ...well, that's a different story.

^ I wouldn't call it horrendous. They did have their moments and had 5 shots on target. But they're no match vs City. City just has the best squad in the EPL overall... United is a close second.
I like to see someone else manage Arsenal now please... (I know, I sound like a broken record. Lol.)

^ I wouldn't call it horrendous. They did have their moments and had 5 shots on target. But they're no match vs City. City just has the best squad in the EPL overall... United is a close second.
I like to see someone else manage Arsenal now please... (I know, I sound like a broken record. Lol.)
The problem at Arsenal it´s not really the maneger Wenger, the fact is that they have poor players... You can not name a top class Arsenal´s player, the last one was Alexis but the team couldn´t fulfill his dreams... Their top player now are : Petr Cech ( 35 yod), Ozil , Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang and Lacazette. But those are players that are limited and another bigger problem it´s their is no one in the bench to replace those player and keep the level as City have. The great work of Pepe Gardiola is to have no first eleven players... He rotates his squad and give everyone a chance to prove himself and that´s motivate everybody to be on his best. he can mix on the attack Gabriel Jesus, kun Aguero, Sterling, Bernardo Silva and Sané. on the midfield he has Davi Silva, De Bruyne, Touré, Gundogan, Fernandinho. All them top players... So Pep has a relly good bench and can he change the history of the game with it.

I think the Arsenal fans would agree with you tokeweed. I don’t like to see Wenger getting too much hate but he is at risk of people forgetting all the good things he has done at Arsenal if he stays too much longer & they continue to be this crap.

I disagree. I mean sure City was ahead and was playing well, but I wouldn't start considering them as 'having won the league' at that point. Not before the winter transfer window at least. I was looking at it from the point of view of the amount of point City had already accumulated. The truth is that there where eventually going to drop points before the transfer window or during it. And the fact is that so where the other so called "challengers" - they too would have dropped points, and they did. Besides, no other team showed, and are still showing that sort of consistency. For me it was clear. And with January transfer window being a factor, incoming transfers hardly have a major effect on the team for the rest of the season, especially when the come in from a different league. Even withing the EPL, it takes time for those new players to settle into a new style of management and football.

This team can dominate European football in the next few years. manchester city still good in local competition in champion league only always meet not good team need meet big team, munchen madrid, psg , barcenona, if can win youre statement is true, war machine
