I'm thinking that the seasons won't start and will most likely end the way they are right now as the virus is now just starting to take effect on Germany, France and Spain and it could take a week before we start to see England cases rise so I can't see the seasons restarting. If this continues the way its going, we might even see a delay to the start of the new seasons and also we need to think about how the economy will affect teams and leagues around the world as they rely on the money from the fans going to the games and buying memberships. We really could see some teams around the world start to fold which would be a terrible outcome but it could become a reality for some teams that don't have the money to keep going during this down time.

With the rate at which the COVID-19 pandemic is spreading, I'm having doubts about the Premier league resuming in May 2020. No matter what happens, I feel Liverpool should be duly crowned Champions regardless of whether in front pf fans or within closed doors. Most people still want the season to be null and void but it wouldn't be fair to Liverpool which is just 6 points away from winning the trophy. Let's see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
I think we’ll know within 4-6 weeks if it’s likely that the season will finish. PL officials did say that there would be an ‘indefinite extension’ which points towards the season definitely being finished regardless of timescale.

The premier league calender for next season would definitely be affected by all this, next season ought to begin in August, and it'll be a miracle for us to restart this season in May or June to maybe give time for that. Things are not getting any better around the world, the league i must confess is the last thing on the minds of a lot of people right now. If we are going to finish all matches left this season, 2020/2021 season could begin in the last three months of this year. Football tournaments all over the world is going to take a major shift from what we have become accustomed to, that's for sure.

Over the last couple of weeks, The PL has had multiple meetings with the clubs to decide on the next steps. Responses ranged from canceling the season to crowning Liverpool without completing the season. However, I do like this decision even though the fixtures might clash with Euro 2020 (If it will still hold). In all, I'm happy with their decisions. I'll be keeping an eye for updates about the league resuming. Missed so much of the actions.

And if indeed the next 4-6 weeks the atmosphere has begun to improve, the match will not take place just like that there will definitely be more detailed checks for fear that this virus will continue to exist. Hoping all of us will be normal this year too and indeed this year we lost EURO 2020 because the return to 2021 is very sad.

In the last meeting between the premier league clubs their representatives decided to postpone the league till April end, but then the clubs have also informed the UEFA that they’ll try and wrap the league by June therefore I’m not sure how they plan to end the league even if it resumes. Furthermore how will the new season start and most importantly when will it start, hence in my personal opinion it’s best to declare this season null and void and focus on starting the new season. The sooner the peak of epidemic in England is reached, the sooner the more stablizied period will occur. Because after peak, locals are more aware of the threads, become more careful, and government take more serious orders. After all, epidemic will decreased in severity. 4- 8 weeks since the peak is a good window for results of epidemic fighting. Because we have not yet seen a peak in England so we might have to wait longer than 8 weeks. Let's see.

The coronavirus 19 Effect on Non League divisions and grassroot gamesApparently the Non League divisions and grassroot games are to end. Since no teams are going to be promoted, the decisions made afterwards could have a spill over effect on the top leagues including EPL should this corona issue persist for sometime. "All English soccer below the three divisions of the fifth tier National League will end immediately due to the coronavirus pandemic with all results from the season expunged, the FA said on Thursday.
The top three National League divisions, the Women’s Super League and women’s championship remain in talks about how best to conclude their seasons.
However, with no new teams promoted into those leagues, they could decide to follow suit which would then affect the men’s professional divisions.
The Premier League and other top level soccer in England is suspended until at least April 30 but the governing bodies have said the current season can be extended indefinitely"Source: https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-health-coronavirus-soccer-england/englands-lower-non-league-divisions-and-grassroots-game-to-end-idUKKBN21D3B3

But the women league, premier league, champions league, and both efl 1 and 2 must conclude their season. It will be bad to deny liverpool a trophy in 30 years. or leeds a promotion in so many years at the champions league. Likewise, sheffield and wolve could get denied a champions league spot. Just play out the league, whenever

Playoffs is a good idea but are they also thinking about the teams in the relegation spots. It would be so unfair for them as they still had many matches to turn the table and climb the safe spot. Same what are they thinking about teams close to the CL spots? One sure thing is that this Corona virus has turned the world upside down. Yeah :/ . Europe is getting significantly affected.

This is a very big discount, even almost 50% more, but I unfortunately I do not like the Everton club, maybe if the Liverpool and Manchester City clubs do the same thing as Everton with a large discount I will buy for me and my child. Well maybe with this discount people can buy more at cheap prices.

I think the best solution is that the league has been abandoned this season so there are no clubs that have been relegated ... special playoffs are for teams that compete in the European zone and champions. For champions, other clubs must be willing to give trophies to Liverpool because they have no chance of being chased anymore.

Will there be no league from now until 2020? Covid-19 has paralyzed everything in my country yesterday imposed a temporary lockdown and do not know how long for me this is very boring except gambling at home while sports gambling is not there for a while. It will be very long if the European league will be in the start again.

There is rumours that no medics will be available in those games since all will be busy in hospital and streets around it? Coronavirus just started in UK and I doubt it will last less than 6-8 weeks so June is still risky imo... Hope those rumours (yours ofc ) are true!
