Is the exchange still operational?

Been waiting all weekend to have my withdraw processed and still nothing good coming through

They are sending withdraw requests with very low fee and send dozens of payments in same transaction. I'm glad I recover my Bitcoin after 3 days, I will never use Livecoin again.

Is it true? Afaik they charges 0.001btc for bitcoin withdrawal which is a high fee already but they sent withdrawals in a bunch to make some profit for the charged fee of each withdrawal?
Too many issues here recently but I dont see any efforts from livecoin to make their users feel safe. A short post to confirm on what is happening would be good.
Luckily I do not use this site too much, just to receive some free BSD every week. I hope they will fix all the issues, we have seen many problems at some exchanges already which is not so good condition for all crypto trader/users.

1.Maybe someone know - i created order request to buy BTC.
   Order status is Executed: 100%
   But for now i haven't either BTC and USD on my account.
   Only message that my USD is in order status.
   How long it will take to get my BTC?

2. Did anyone get mail or phone confirmation when tried to apply 2 factor confirmation?
    Make it a few times but didn't get any confirmation. And without confirmation
    you cannot operate with sum more than 100$, so money can stuck on account

It's been 6 days since 6/12/2017 and I have not gotten a response and neither have my coins been returned to my livecoin MNX wallet address.

Livecoin has proved to be one of only a few exchanges that has many altcoins and is also reliable and well-made. Letting everyone see that you're there, that you will work with customers, and that issues will get dealt with, is a good thing. It's also great to have the information in your replies to me on Bitcointalk for everyone else to see too, in case they have similar problems.
I think it's also good for you, as a business, to be able to discuss feedback/suggestions publicly so that people know what you're working on. It's great to know that you have new things coming!

When did you request the withdrawal? I just requested few dollars worth of dogecoin, usually it would be processed within few minutes. At least my last week withdrawal was processed instantly. I'll report here if whether I'll get my doge as usual or I will get the same issue like what happened by some other users.

Edit: I received my withdrawal after around 15 minutes. http://prntscr.com/hn1gm9 Sorry I cant show the txid as I want be anonymous, but I can assure you that I received it already. I dont say this to make livecoin looks good, but just sharing my experience. I hope your withdrawal issue will be resolved very soon.

I have one of my perfectmoney withdrawal stucked in livecoin for last 24 hour and also haven't got any response on my support ticket from them.

Amount is not that big only around $150 but It used to be instant before but looks like they are having some issues these days.

I had over 42MNX stuck for 6 days and the CHIEF support replied me with my coins back to my account. Over $1,200 worth of MNX was stuck.

No, PIN is different with your account's password. PIN is a 4 digit numbers, you can avoid above things if you set 2fa. Haven't you created this PIN while you registered for the first time? As I remember all users would be asked to create a PIN on after registration. Or maybe you forget about it?

@Jelma: I requested the withdrawal yesterday and received it 15minutes after the confirmation message of the withdrawal.
