6 days ago (30th Dec) I deposited 40,000 of a token into Livecoin. After some hours it was not arriving so I sent a support ticket. It was answered 3 days later, saying it had been passed to the technical team. Until now, still nothing. I deposited 6,000 of this same token to the same address on the 15th Dec where it arrived almost instantly, sold it, and withdrew the funds without any problems. I'd like to know what is going on? I've never had this situation in all my time in cryptos. The wallet hasn't been down for maintenance, either. Why is it not possible to transfer ETH directly from bitstamp? What is the issue here?
Because Bitstamp use contract for sending transactions. We have proper warning at deposit form "Do not send from Bitstamp directly, transaction will be lost." Is there anything to be done to get the funds back? |

12 Hours ago I decieded to send some ETH from livecoin to my personal wallet. It is pending for 12 Hours and support didin't even respond any of my tickets. I can't cancel the withdrawl order too. I need to turn it to BTC before it is too late! I already have an %10 loss  Edit: They switched either withdraws to off 3-4 hours after my order. If I can't withdraw it I could be able to trade it right ? but no! I still can't cancel my order... |

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitconnect/#marketsA group of youtubers who have been warning the masses about bitconnect (a known ponzi scheme) for months, have insinuated livecoin is associated with based on the bitconnect market action. Bitconnect is set to be shut down by the crown in the UK tomorrow for failing to supply records, whilst BitConnectX ICO is set to launch a few days after. This is all coincides with all of us having these massive issues. I am not FUD'ing, just massively concerned about my money and connecting dots. Happy to fully retract these comments if I get my tokens back, but I don't think it's looking good.

I should have read about deposits before going ahead because if I knew this was an issue, I never would have done so. A bit disappointed in DTR's team for choosing such a failing exchange as the only place where this coin can be traded. Will definitely be making a youtube video advising people not to use Livecoin exchange as this is not just DTR tokens but other tokens as well. |
