time to lawyer up, yes.

Just want everybody to know that I am still in, if anybody joins. Maybe the BC price and the time gone by made people think straighter now.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I hope some of the people he owes the most can get together and track our money. Hell, i'm owed 20 coins, even i would give some of them just to make this guy come clean.

ASICMINER shareholders should at least get together to recover the funds. This type of scam cannot just be ignored.

Could not read whole thread, but to look credible and in the interests of open justice Nefario Should be afforded a right of reply (not that he has to take it) in this thread at the top, regardless if he is right or wrong, bad or good, I make no judgment on that nor can I as I have had no time to digest this.

This is a pure procedural point, and I believe will enhance the standing of the community

this link appears to be that a reply

http://bitcoinmagazine.com/interview-with-glbses-nefario/

I for one wanted so see a right of reply formally offered and then if taken clearly put at the top.

The difference between substantive justice (merits of the case) and procedural fairness... is at issue....*cough*....star chamber

I do not trammel the merits of any action of any person, but advocate a right/opportunity to reply

Specifically I was not commenting about the merits of the case. Rather making a procedural point.

Again, you READ all pages, then you will know how this bitcoin forum works & how much complicated problems & how much BITCOINS lost by these forum people for trusting Nefario.
Ofcourse nefario returned bticoins of some people & that too only 90%, 10% bitcoins is still there in nefario's pocket.
He is better than other scammers.

Nefario is the one who stopped communicating. We asked for a reply many many MANY times and he didn't. That's how this thing escalated in the first place.

While at it, he is more than welcome to post here about why he is keeping people's money too.

That then should be an edit at the beginning if this form.

EDIT: Nerario has been repeatedly offered a right of reply (including in this forum and thread) but declined and has not take up that offer.

It makes it so much more legit

you may wish to add (though not obligatory) It is noted Neferio has purportedly give his views here
and post the link to that interview....though this is not a requirement of procedural fairness

Well this is disappointing, returning after several months to find nothing has happened with this. Obviously I'll check the rest of the forums, but if someone would be so kind as to tell me if everyone really stopped caring about this in April, or should I look elsewhere?

People care but the question is what do you want us to do?

Well I was more hoping that Nefario would have had some decency and at least made some communication, or that some more info would be known. My "everyone stopped caring" comment was more just that this thread died, as though people lost interest. I wouldn't lose interest in XX thousand $'s, but thankfully I was only robbed of ~8 coins so was coming back more out of curiosity and a faint hope.

Although, since you ask I suppose it would also have been awesome if someone had been able to have justice be done, one way or another.

The securities lists were sent to issuers. I never saw funds returned, but the value was in maintaining the contacts and having lists of who owned what. It was a clusterfuck, but at least nobody can claim ability to run off. It could've been a lot worse, so I don't think anyone has the passion to really persistently push for a more ideal outcome.

Not all securities lists were sent to issuers. I haven't received anything.
