It is not possible for Malaga to remain in the league. we can say that they are mentally falling from the game. Villarreal won a self-confidence boost against Atletico Madrid. Villarreal is more confident than Malaga.

It's really sad to see team who has almost managed to qualify to Champions League Semi finals in season 2012/13 after lose in finish against Dortmund now strugling to stay in La Liga and most likely failing to manage that...

Real Madrid wins against Las Palmas yesterday.Without Ronaldo and kroos they're beat las palmas by 3-0 comfortably.They are ready for the next match against Juventus.Madrid will surely do better against Juventus.

OTOH,Barcelona made a draw against Sevilla.That was too tough for Barcelona but on the second half they played superbly.Barcelona's unbeaten run continued.

Barcelona somehow make a draw against sevilla and all credits goes messi.Messi changed the game after he came to field.So Barcelona is 13 points ahead from RMA and it's impossible to avoid Barcelona from winning La Liga.

Rma wins easily against Las palmas without ramos,kroos.RMA will play against Athletico on 8th April.

Malaga versus Villareal is going to be a tough match, I'm telling you guys. Never bet on the last placed team, especially in the La Liga or the Premier League. I see it finishing something like 1-1 or a late winner by Villareal. Even though they are in a good form, I just can't see it, can't see them winning. On the other hand Atletico Madrid have to win this, which is again a hard match up because Atletico Madrid's first team players are only half of what they should be.

Barcelona is lucky to have Lionel Messi classmates, I do not know if they do not have this Argentine player, Messi became a hero in yesterday's game with one goal in stoppage time and save Barcelona from defeat.

Quite interesting matchday in La Liga. Valencia had difficulties playing away against Leganes and won 0:1 by making only 1 shot on target. Worst team in league - Malaga won against Villarreal. Despite this win, they are 11 points away from safe zone and they don't have chances to stay in La Liga. Atletico won against Deportivo only 1:0, it wasn't very fancy game.
8 rounds before end of season it's almost clear which teams will relegate from La Liga - it's Malaga, Deportivo and Las Palmas.

to unbeaten in a long competition like a league is a difficult thing. A tough opponent, an injured player is always a problem, but Barcelona can handle it until now. Being unbeaten to the end is a great achievement, an achievement that even Guardiola can not accomplish.

the draw against Sevilla made it hard for Valverde to beat the record of 100 points in one season that was achieved by Mourinho in 2011/2012 with Real Madrid and the late Tito Villanova with Barcelona in season 2012/2013 Barcelona currently have 76 points from 23 wins and 7 draws, and need to achieve the full mark by winning the remaining 8 games in the league to reach 100 points they still have diffecult games at home like Valencia Real Madrid and Sociedad Villarreal and Legnes while the other away games should be in their hands in my opinion the 100 is not impossible but it will be too diffecult to get specially when they still playing in Championsleague finishing the league undefeated will be the main target.

Getafe has higher chance to win because they are the home team but statistic show that betis will be much likely to win. Betis won two games in a row , they even scored 3 goals against espanyol. Espanyol is not really a top team but atleast this shows that there is more chance for betis to score goals and go for the third win in a row

Wow thats right exactly like what I said. Too bad for getafe indeed and now betis has secured 3 wins in a row.

On the side note, There wont be much action in laliga anymore because barcelona has almost secure the trophy. Real madrid has almost no more chance to get the trophy as well so this will be against barcelona and atletico only

Actually, Betis had difficult match, Getafe played better. But Getafe had bad luck - they missed penalty, was very close to score from freekick and finally there was questionable moment - it's not very clear did ball crossed goal line on last minutes or no.
Yeah, fight for Europa league spots are only interesting thing in La Liga left. There some difficult games for Sevilla left and now they still need to focus on Champions league quarterfinal. But it would be big surprise if underdogs Girona and Betis will overcome Sevilla and Villarreal in this fight for Europa league spots. But to be honest, Betis have great squad this season.

indeed that's was good record and 8 matches remaining to end of season and they're even still playing at several competitions such as champion league, Laliga and copa del rey even Copa Del rey almost belong to them because they were already reach the final match against Sevilla and they still have good chance to win champion league so possible they will get treble winner this season

What an amazing game of football that was. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen for a minute. It was only after Messi was subbed in at 60th Minute that the course of the game changed. Immediately after that, Barcelona began having more chances and shots on goal.
Apart from Messi's influence, it was lack of discipline by Sevilla that resulted in those two quick goals. Sevilla had at least 4 clear chances in the second half including the one where Pique cleared the ball off the line. Had those chances been converted, Barcelona wouldn't have been able to come back.
This match also made me realize how heavily the Barcelona squad relies on Messi. Without him, the team wouldn't even be half as good.
