I said a while ago that Real’s era of domination is over, this squad is way past its best & they’re now on a steep decline. I wouldn’t be surprised if they fail to qualify for the CL.

I'm starting to believe that our players simply forgot how to play football, I didn't know this could happen, but it's the only way that I can explain how these 3-times Champions league winners are displaying such a mediocre performance...Btw, Eibar played absolutely fantastic, we could't get past their high pressure in the midfield, Modric, Ceballos, Asensio, Kroos barely touched the ball, our only creative players were Ramos and Varane with long balls to Karim "always offside" Benzema...

At least we have a CL match next tuesday so we can turn the page quickly, but still, I'm so dissapointed right now...FML.

Main match of this round between Atletico and Barca ended with dramatic draw 1:1 and late goal by Dembele. It wasn't most entertaining match to watch, we saw only 3 shots on target. It was typical match of Simeones' Atletico and I think none of these teams deserved to win today.
On Sunday Sevilla have chance to become league leaders. But still at this stage it doesn't means a lot - distance between top 6 teams is only 5 points!

Madrid were humiliated several times this season especially when they were lost on el classico match but lost 3-0 from Eibar is poor performance and apparently although this season Madrid already buy several players but very unfortunate they still can not find Ronaldo replacement however i was wondering whether Madrid will sack Solari or not after seeing this result

I am not even surprised by their result as it was a poor performance, and the quote Eibar was "we could have scored more goals", was rubbing salts on Real Madrids wounds. I think you're mistaken if you think they won't get anything out of this season, they'll be getting a new coach and new Galacitos which was needed right before this season started. At this rate a top four finish looks difficult, and we may see Real Madrid miss out on Champions League unless they spend in January.

For now, I don't think Solari can yet, maybe Solari will last until the end of the season, but it all depends on the president of Real Madrid. News circulating about madrid will bring cavani from PSG, in my opinion what is needed by Real Madrid today is a coach who is able to restore the mentality of the players who are destroyed.

Usually the one who starts at the top doesn't stay in the top. What I mean about that is were not even halfway through the season yet and a lot of things could happen with those 15 matches left for all team. Sevilla ended up fifth in the table last season and without really any improvement on the team I see that they will drop down in the ranking as the season progress. They might stay on top for a while as their next few games are weaker teams compared to them, but I think they have the chance to finish in the top 3 of the table.

Yeah, it's not likely that Sevilla can lead in a long run. But I'm not so confident that Barca are going to win league easily this year. Atletico is very close behind Barca, we also shouldn't rule out Real - yes, this season is terrible for RM so far, but they are just few points behind leaders
There is interesting stats - current leaders have only 26 points after 13 rounds. It's worst result in last 17 years if I'm not mistaken. It shows how competetive La Liga is in this season.

And it shows just how bad the top teams have been performing so far, teams like Valencia, Bilbao, and Villareal outside the top 10 while teams like Espanyol and Alavez are in the top 5. It's the most competitive La Liga in the last few years, sure, but it's not because the low-tier teams are on par with the the likes of Real Madrid or Barcelona (which would be ideal), it's mainly because the top teams are having a poor season.

It is pertinent to note that La Liga giant Real Madrid is not in the title race for now, and teams that were at the bottom are suddenly on the top. I'm keen to see if Sevilla can maintain their current form, and win the title it'll make La Liga very exciting once again. Yeah just read the espn piece about La Liga being the most exciting league at the moment but actually, there's a lot to look at around the big leagues.

We are slowly seeing the old hegemonies of the past decade or so  slowly losing out to new money ...united, chelsea in England or say even Monaco to PSG.

But we're also seeing exciting coaches find success, though not yet with the trophies to validate their brands. Napoli came close, Liverpool and Spurs farther behind but look at Dortmund again in Bundesliga.

Not dissing La Liga by any means but this early on in the season is too early to say if Sevilla or Espanyol or any other pretenders have the staying power of Napoli or Dortmund. Far, far too early.

Even though Valencia is having a bad season so far (they're currently 12th in the league table), historically, they're a different beast when playing against us so I have no doubt that this will be a difficult match for Solari & co.

I hope Solari puts Llorente in a defensive midfielder role again, his performance vs Roma this week was excellent, and I'd rather have him in the starting XI than Ceballos who doesn't have the same defensive mentality (same with Isco), with Llorente on the pitch Modric and Kroos have more freedom to go on the attack.

Week 14 Real Madrid will host Valencia, this is the moment for both teams to rise. Valencia was scattered in 12th position but only 3 points difference with real madrid in position 6. Solari's quality was tested again here.
