Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase?

Hold for long term would be wise decision if anybody can afford to hold it there, i can be hard for all people to keep their investment into bitcoin for a long time, i just holding 50% of my savings into bitcoin and i have strong believe into this, soon it will go to mainstream and price will explode to its all time highest level.

The only coin which is rising with BTC is LTC. Most of the other coins are falling with any increase in BTC price.
You guys think LTC has a future too?

BTC is gold, LTC is silver and Doge is bronze. all three have a future, when bitcoin rises the other will follow.

I am not seeing as many adoptions for LTC as BTC has.

yes LTC doesn't have as many adoption as bitcoin but still litecoins price will increase with bitcoin's ahead of bitcoin halving.same thing that happened last halving and we seen since last few days when bitcoin's price started pumping litecoin followed it.

DOGE is left out of the current BTC curve though.

im holding btc as i feel it will be the currency of the future! and putting most of my savings in btc for longterm hold,
im betting if just 1% of usa money goes into btc then it would be way worth it

Litecoin has been pumped because it was a while ago that it had a significant price movement.

Litecoin is just a backup coin for when things go wrong with Bitcoin. And nothing more than that.

It has barely any use as you can see that each found Litecoin block has only a few transactions in it.

i am holding bitcoin because it is interesting to me to make part in this experiment. price increases are nice, but not essential to me.

i think the most of the people who save their bitcoins because of increasing price of bitcoins, majority has a that kind of the people. i also save my bitcoins because now everyday bitcoins price is going up, so i also save my bitcoins and wait for halving.

yes despite not having many adopters, but the point when the bitcoin prices rise, then LTC also rise so that people will use LTC as well, but the LTC is to trade, not like bitcoin.

Yeah but I think this movements now are from the people who are trading, buying and selling. But for that awesome rise yesterday it is good to see that we can do more and still went up even if the halving is not yet there.

There are a lot of people that is holding their coin for a nice price increase and that is quite logic because they want to make profit of course in the future with Bitcoin.
The bad thing is that they have to wait a long time until the value will be more.

As by theory when more people hold bitcoin , bitcoin amount will be decreased so when more people looking bitcoin, bitcoin value will got increase.
Also if more public place accept bitcoin as well, there's not impossible for bitcoin to get expensive more than gold !

lots of enthusiast dwells on speculations, luckily this time there is some meat on it, halving certainly have something to do with it, increase in price speculation means holding which will result in fewer available supply to the demand, = increase in value
and yes anyone who speculates and hope for price increase holds their bitcoin and i am one of them
