I am probably going to sell now since the price has risen by quite a lot in just 5-8 hours since the last time I check preev.com 

May is looking up if you have some bitcoin stash away somewhere 

I think the price is not currently classified as a high price. you should be more patient
at least until halving come. it might be more profitable

each people says halving will make bitcoin rise again, but in fact we know last halving not make bitcoin rise

AFAIK, price increase on halving is just another theory that most of us believe. As long as it didn't hurt anybody then it's good to believe that. IMO, it will rise a few months after halving.

whales make propaganda "rise after/before halving" just make more people invest at bitcoin, or whales just want to sell his bitcoin

I am also doing the same and yes it is more profitable right now. If you want to earn big profit then you must have more Bitcoins. So now i am also working to increase my coins so that when price rises I am able to get big profits by selling them in future. I'm very much believe in bitcoin so, hope prices will rise more in future.

Yes, I earned some bitcoin but I really can't afford to wait a few years that price increase significantly so that I can be in big profit.
My strategy is different, some bitcoin I use to buy some services and products online I need, some bitcoin funds I invested in some other Internet businesses and rest of funds I still holding in my wallet.

The bitcoin price is still cheap but will increase in future because people are getting more familiar with it, newspapers and websites are covering it's news. Try to be more patient about Bitcoin. BTC

it's depend about how you use bitcoin, as payment, investment, growing your fiat etc...?
if you use bitcoin as payment processor don't hold for long time better to sell your bitcoin after reach 1% profit.

Some of the posters in this topic have a misunderstanding of supply and demand. No way bitcoin reaches $1,000 with so many people waiting to dump coins on the open market. Everyone here is "holding" which means there are less bitcoin in circulation than have been created. This shortage of coins is still not creating a large enough supply issue to drive the price (demand) of the coin up. What do you think was driving this 3-4 day minor correction? The smart ones are dumping for $100 - $200 in profit per coin while the day dreamers hold out for $1000+.

Holding will be the best thing that you can do now and that would be nice for the people who already have Bitcoin because it has not the right value now to sell it.
And that would be also nice later in the future if you can sell it also with more profit in the future.

Yes you are right  I'm holding to any Bitcoin I can hold, and with this recent downtrend pretty much all of the coins I own end up in a "savings" account, waiting for better days to trade and buy goods

im still trade my bitcoin, and hope get as more as i can before halving . now im trade at XVG buying at 11sat and hold it too, the block halving of XVG will come today or nextday. and after it i will hold my bitcoin

With a expectation of a specific price than the halving needs to be a good decision unlike the time it takes to reach that. Now the price is little low, soon we may get a real increase.
