So it's like a savings account for you? Just put your money there and wait? I guess that's a good thing. I sort of do that too. I do not same. I have some bitcoins I mined in 2013. I still keep them in my cold wallet. I would like to see the price in 20 years. |

Now that its almost clear btc is going to skyrocket during halving i guess I'd be saving a more.
I did even consider buying another account just to join some signature campaign but then again i'd be spending again..
I actually make transactions with bitcoins everyday but i keep some aside for when theres a price increase. But you should also have a bit of concern about the value of the bitcoin because you would be paying more than you used to before, if its value decreases. Me either, I make transactions daily but now I'm just holding it and need to control my transactions. Because I'm hoping for the price increase. And the speculations there are somehow true that after the halving price will going to inrease. In the past I was also doing the same, whenever i earn some bitcoins I immediately withdraw to my bank via exchange, but when i studied in detail about bitcoin, it realized on me that it is better to hold bitcoin as it is more beneficial. |

It is a real currency. it was too long, but if you are confident and patient good luck  I hold for halving, so I'll sell when halving have occurred or at least have made a bitcoin prices increased more |

Even now the price has already increased a lot, how much more when halving has come. Great reward will come to those who wait. I am still holding my bitcoin and waiting for a larger price before I cash in. |

Our wait is really worth and it is really the best time to hold our bitcoins, because the price now reached to $679, so as last week most people are thinking of bitcoins price to go to $600 and now almost $100 increase as the price for last week. And it is now going to $700 and that is very possible to happen. |

Yes I am hiding half of my bitcoins for the increase. If bitcoin will goo boom and large increase will happen then it will be of big help to me to pay my debts. Right now I am hoarding them in my wallet. I am just hoping it will not go otherwise or my plan will be ruined.

Yes definitely me too, I'm holding some of my coins for the price increase and it is very reliable of that is going to happen now, just like last week the price is only somehow $570+ But now the price reached to $679+ so near to $700 and it will keep on increasing and increasing. |

Me too, i just hoard all bitcoins that i earn everyday until halving. I temporarily stop trading altcoins because the value of bitcoin now is very high and still increasing. Also my birthmonth is the same as the halving will happen. So after halving i will withdraw some of it and use it to celebrate my bday. |

Most of post here are waiting for the halving.
Me Im waiting for the price effect that halving will brings. Waiting for halving doesn't make sense. As long as the trend is going up the price will really increase. And besides the big price has started due to big players acquiring more coins also with CN that devaluating their Yuan. Speculations of halving triggers because of the price rally.

Yes to earn more is the important thing in every investment. thats my goal too, to earn even how risky it is. since the price of bitcoin is increasing nowadays, im waiting for the right time to cash out. |

Everyday as the price reaches new 2-year highs, is another reason to hold bitcoins. We are all witnesses to this skyrocketing of the price and this might be far from over. Up to how high the price is going to get is as good as anybody's guess. We are all just mere holders who speculate on how things would turn out the next day, or even before and after halving.

The most people with Bitcoin are now hoping that the value will rise soon and that is perfect but you have to know that it will takes a long time until the value will be higher.
But not everyone will exactly know what is going to happen with the value and that is the risky thing.

Just hold it till the halving, and that would be the perfect time to sell the coins and earn some good profits from it and many people are holding for the same reason. |
