Yes, because i believed that the price of the bitcoin will reach up to $1k per piece and so many users expecting it so why not join the flow of bitcoin now and just hold and wait for the incoming price hike .

yes I think a lot of people who hold bitcoin for rising prices, because earlier when the price is under $500 is enough incentive to those people say hold for halving, and proven prices continue to rise, due to the small effect of the people who buy to hold.

Unfortunately i have sold most of my coins at 300ish and now i am sorry for that. Bought at 220ish so i have achieved some profit from that, and also still have few coins for early retirement when price skyrocket lol. I could do better but it is all cool.

I am holding on to some coins so that I can sell them later on in the future. I try to also make some money not because it is not guaranteed that I will make money in the future so I grab every chance.

That's why it is better just to hold more of your bitcoins until the price increase and halving happens.
And just have a relax and leave all the job to bitcoin and he will work it out and going to increase its price in no time.

Yes that is the main purpose why im still holding my bitcoin im waiting for the right time to sell it i want to earn big profit on my investment.

Halving will not bring the price up. It's big players decision if they will do such move to make the price hike. They are succesful in their first leg of manipulation going to $500 since all people thought it's all about halving. Second leg was succesful going to $700 after CN devaluates their Yuan and. See no such thing as the halving is the source but rather it just dragged away with the real facts when this all started.

i also bought bitcoins on way lower price and i was waiting for a decent price increase for a while

i hope that bitcoin price will go up significantly thus allowing us to make some money from investments

For those who bought at $440 above it's reasonable to wait for the price increase to make profits but make sure that don't just wait for the price increase but rather make also some move when the price don't hit the way we want.

Yeah depends on at what price you bought and what is the target in your mind to sell your coins, I bought at $220 so I sold yesterday few coins when it hit $700 mark.

actually recently I sold bitcoin I had when bitcoin price of $ 600 +, I think bitcoin prices will not exceed it, but I was wrong. and now I only have my wallet in the 0.002 BTC

If you are on profit the moment you sold at $600 then it's just fine. Regrets are part of trading life. You can buy again if you believes that the price will still increase on the upcoming days, weeks or months.

Of course the price will increase for sure. bitcoin price is now 700$ and I am sure at the time of halving bitcoin price will surely touch to 1000$ or may be it cross 1K$ at the time of halving.
if bitcoin price increases that much before the halving then we should hope for the best for the halving..
I think he got profit by selling bitcoin for 600$. 600$ is the largest price in last 3 years.

Well I'm also holding my bitcoin for the hope of price increase and I'm not disappointed of what is happening right now, for sure it is going
to continue it's price hike until the halving.
And if the price reaches to $1,000 well, all of us will become happy with that.

Yeah I'm thinking of that also, that many people have panic they saw the price of bitcoin reaches $600, for sure many had sold their bitcoins.
They just don't waited for a longer time and now the price is already $700. But I'm thinking of a speculation that the price will going to be $1,000.
But maybe that is going happen at the end of the year.

Yes, I'm definitely holding for an increase--I've been in and out of bitcoin for months now and I think I'm done selling it and I'm done with the altcoin scene, which I only half-heartedly believe in.  The price action we've had recently is just wild, and I want to see where we're going.  Especially now that the halving is almost upon us.

yes I'm holding mine for the same reason that I'm keeping my stocks and other investments. If the price decreases, I find that as an opportunity to buy more. If the price increases, you'd be tempted to sell if you're only planning to hold it for a short period of time. I hope my patience pays off in the long term.
