I would guess that Dybala is not fully ready to be played in an EPL league. Right now he is the big player of a small club type of situation, not that Juventus is a small one but compared to UCL level teams, they are definitely not a major name. So if Dybala wants to go somewhere, chelsea, liverpool, city, real, barcelona, bayern etc etc all those big names, then he has to first prove himself to be a good player somewhere in the middle.

He still needed at least to add to the spirit there. with his current age it is indeed very difficult to make Ibra play with all his strength for 90 minutes even if it can be forced but this will not be optimal in attack.
