Mourinho's aim to achieve the league title is not the reason he couldn't win in the past 5 matches. His performances were poor in those matches. He didn't play well, the other sides (Atalanta, Milan, Monza,  Inter) were all better than him in that match. I will say he was unlucky in the one against Bologna cuz Roma played very well but was only unlucky.
There are times clubs feature in more than 2 tournament in a season and still perform well in all, let us not use Roma's participation in the Europa League as an excuse for poor performance in the Italy League.

I do not agree with what you say that the Europa League cannot be used as an excuse for the decline in performance against Roma in the Italian league.
Try to see other clubs from other leagues that qualify for big leagues like the champions league and all of that for a reason.

Yes, with that win they locked UCL ticket for next season, the difference in points with Milan is also very far, 8 points that they probably won't be able to catch.
