Actually Sampdoria is a pretty good team for many seasons in Serie A and I really hope that this season they will finish mid-table. We know that in several seasons Sampdoria only depended on luck, so they were only able to finish above the relegation safe zone. But that will not be able to make a team expect the same results every season. I think Sampdoria's relegation can be a very valuable lesson, at least they can improve their performance in Serie B, before being promoted to Serie A again.

Sampdoria had a very bad season, they could only get 19 points from the 37 matches they played. It's a shame that Sampdoria had to be relegated to Serie B, I hope they can return to Serie A in the next few seasons, they weren't too prepared for the conditions of the players and financially so that made Sampdoria have no luck in Serie A this season, because they only won 3 just one game this season and have lost 24 times due to their poor defense.
