Juventus again received a 10 point deduction penalty and at the same time buried their hopes of being able to appear in the champions league next season. This point deduction took place before Juventus had a match against Empoli and with those 10 points deducted, they will drop to 7th place in the standings with a total of 59 points, right below Roma.

This is a crushing blow for the Juventus players especially as they will soon secure a place in the champions league and it seems that this is not in line with what the punishment they received at the end of this season. I hope they will keep their heads high and continue to be excited for Serie A next season.

When I thought Juventus had a successful season, they have been hit with several setbacks. They were heavily defeated by Empoli, lost against Sevilla in the Europa League semifinals, and had a ten points reduction. The effect of this point deduction would have been less if they had managed to make it to the Europa League finals. At least they were able to get 10 after the appeal instead of the 15 points sanctions before.

With two remaining games Juventus still have the opportunity to make it to an European competition. The loss to Empoli was a setback but the team has to push the setback aside and put effort to win their remaining games. Roma is not having good financial. I remember that roma was only giving only a few millions for mourinho as budget for the transfer in summer. Mourinho was running its squads with so many limitation. Well I also understand what you mean friend. Because I also thought the same about this. And I feel that the case that happened to Juventus was only made to drag on. They clawed their way back up the rankings but it appear that all of their effort were in nothing because they dropped from second to seventh on point table and were no longer eligible for position in Europe. They have finally been caught up in the long running allegation of corruption and they are now being penalised for their error. In order to repair their reputation and reclaim their position among football best Juventus must take these difficulties seriously reflect honestly and pledge to play by the rules.
