Horrible night for Napoli really! Two red cards and a loss by 2-0... They could have done much better than this if none of those red cards were given to them. Even Osimhen got a red card in this match. The win was served on a silver platter for Roma literally. Despite Dybala's absence they managed to win but I don't feel like they could have won if Napoli didn't get any red card.

Because their performance wasn't good enough until the first red card. Mourinho should have preferred a more attacking game plan. He always does this in big matches and prefers a cautious game.

Napoli are guaranteed to lose as two players receive red cards. Roma scored a goal after the first player received a red card, and Roma scored a second goal after the second player received a red card.  So I think Roma took advantage of this weakness to win. Well you may have put it in more precise words. Dominant is maybe too much of the good for Napoli, but they had control over the game and didn't really get under pressure and then I thought if the chance comes up for them, they are the team that is more likely to strike. Exactly my man, One would think that the game would've swinged that way ( A full time draw ) but Bologna kept them cool and defended like they should to win all three points at home in the presence and support of the home fans who gave them unwavering support until the end of the game.

Nigerian International Ademola Lookman was the major force in that game for Atalanta as he was dangerously causing problems for the defense of bologna. They should bjave scored more than three goals if they had converted the chances they had.

Last week Bologna beat AS Roma and now Bologna has also managed to beat Atalanta. I think the victory that Bologna got really proves that this season their performance has improved very rapidly. In contrast to Bologna last season, which almost didn't get any attention from people at all. Even last season Bologna had to fight very hard to get into 10th place. In as much as it may not necessarily be their fault for an unfavorable outcome, they really just have to put in extra strength to work out victories.There are still weeks ahead and corrections should be made. I agree with you. Roma's win was expected. Napoli's performance was very erratic. The new coach is still not able to adapt himself well with the players of the team. I also find it unlikely that Walter Mazzarri will improve Napoli's performance very quickly. Napoli have played 8 matches since Walter Mazzarri took over as coach. Out of this they have won only 3 matches and lost 5 matches. We didn't see a good performance from Napoli players against Roma either. They don't try to attack much. I think Napoli's goal was to draw the match. But after receiving two red cards in the second half, they could no longer resist the Roma players.

AS Roma defense line is one of the problems that Jose Mourinho has not been able to overcome, due to the weakness of the defense, it is very difficult for Roma to appear consistent. Last season Roma almost won the Europa League trophy, their journey was stopped after being defeated by Sevilla in the final.

This season Roma illness has returned like in previous seasons, they are still having difficulty competing in the race for the Serie A title. Aurelio De Laurentiis deserves to be blamed because he confidently fired Rudi Garcia midway, the appointment of a new successor Walter Mazzarri, is not an instant solution to improve the club's performance to be more stable. So it is quite reasonable to say that releasing Spalletti was a fatal mistake, it is proven that currently Napoli are having difficulty penetrating the European zone, let alone retaining the Scudetto trophy. Undoubtedly, Napoli has been very inconsistent since the start of the season and doesn't look like the Napoli team that won the Italian Serie A last season with a high point point difference.  They managed to finish behind Real Madrid in their group to reach the knockout stages of the UEFA champions league but has been absolutely poor in the league as they're currently 7th in the Italian league table.

That been said, since the club sacked their former manager Rudi Garcia, the new manager Walter Mazzarri has improved the performance of the club and could've won the league game against Roma yesterday had they finished the game with eleven men. They're currently four points behind fourth placed Bologna and if they can improve in their performance,  they can still finish the season in the top four of the league table.

The match official spoiled the game with his harsh card matching orders though. The least he could have done was to at least calmed the situation leading to the very first Red card shown towards Politano.
Disappointed with Politano who should have also controlled his emotions and not react immediately to the bad tackle from the player chasing him.

You know Pioli is an experienced manager who won them the Serie A after a lot of years. So he deserves another chance, right? I think he needs to be given the time to fix this squad for the season. They are in the Europa League right now out of the Champions League and they are actually looking comfortable to secure a top 3 position in the Champions League. So I would say they have nothing more to achieve this season. Pioli can be given the time to fix the team. I don't see a new manager joining and achieving more.
