Juventus really tried their best, but the truth is that they were just not lucky enough to win the game today. In fact, I thought it was going to be an easy match for Juventus, as Cagliari is not that strong a team.But things didn't work out like that for them. I think the problem wasn't the missing defender, but the weak performance by the Juventus Turin strikers. Vlahovic is still not playing as well as they thought he would. He scores goals every now and then, but it's not often enough that he scores massive goals like he did against Leipzig in the Champions League. Too many penalties and often too many missed chances. Cagliari should have never been able to steal a point away from home.

It’s unfortunate they had to drop points at these crucial moments where they can reduce the gap between them and Napoli and retain 2nd place but they are still not far behind if they improve their game and don’t drop points against teams they are supposed to win.

Cagliari have been struggling since the start of the season and have lost to Napoli and even Empoli so I don’t see a reason why Juventus should lose to Cagliari despite being in form recently. I know it happens alot annd this is football where we should expect different outcomes but Cagliari sits on number 16 so it should have been easy. I know Juventus will improve and i am seeing them among the title contenders this season.

Interesting how Juventus struggled through last season and now i just see a very different Juventus that is really going to make waves in the Serie A and now they have maintained an unbeaten record thought the season has some more long way ahead but they are building a firm foundation already and as for Napoli, kudos to them for having made it to the top of the table again where they were once at before the whole decline but they should make sure to add consistency to it this time else they may not last there long enough before they leave there and it get occupied by Juventus or Inter.
