After the victory against Inter in last weekend, the vibes were high what boost AC Milan and due to that, once again they able to hold their performance against strugglers Lecce and by defeating them badly with 3-0 score, now AC milan gained the 2nd position in Serie A, just one more step to the top. AC milan played gave fantastic performance,, their defenses and attacks were impressive enough and it seems, they developed themselves a lot than before. In the 1st half, AC milan gave their best effort to manage the situation and scorers Morata 38′, Hernández 41′, Pulisic 43′ made their team ahead and domaninate over Lecce. They destroyed their opponent so badly within just five to six minutes. People really appreciate Paulo Fonseca as due to his stategy and motivation, AC Milan team is flying and turning into a better team this time. In the 2nd half, lecce tried their best but no goal is scored by any of them. And at the end, another victory goes to AC milan's bag. If they can hold their such performance then something good is expected to happen

While Roma is busy changing managers other teams are sticking to their managers and using them to win games. Milan just won their game with 3-0 and second on the table but Roma are 9th. Roma will be playing Venezia next and although it looks like an easy game for them to win, with the change of their coach, there's no guarantee that they're going to play well to win the game. The change of managers has a bad effects on players as they have to start learning new training techniques and have to adopt to the new manager styles of play. Not every player can perform well under a new manager as some players that were performing well before will begin to lose form.

I have not yet discovered the real reason why Roma sacked Daniele De Rossi after just four league games. They didn't take into consideration his exploits last season, how he helped them qualify for a European competition after the woeful performance of Jose Mourinho. I suspect that he had some hidden disagreement with the club's management. Ivan Juric is now in charge and the next game against Venezia tomorrow will be another rest for the new coach after they drew in the game with Athletic Club in the Europa.

After a disappointing outing in the Champions League, where they lost to Liverpool, AC Milan has come back strong with two straight wins. They defeated arch-rivals Inter Milan and yesterday won against Leece. This win moved them to second position, bending the outcome of Napoli, Juventus, Empoli and Udinese. The game yesterday was close because both teams played well but Milan used the chances they had.

No! They're no strong enough candidate for the title this season. They played well last night and I enjoyed the shape of that 4-2-4 when attacking and more of a 4-3-3 when defending. It was good to see Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic and Loftus-Cheek all Chelsea former players doing well now. A good team would tear Ac Milan apart in midfied if they use that against a side with quality midfielder's.
The win against Inter Milan was indeed a confidence booster. All three goals came during the first half from Alvaro Morata as he buried the first goal deep enough into tue net, the amazing goal from Theo Hernandez and lastly that of Christian Pulisic.

Paulo Fonseca is still making the process with AC Milan and we cannot yet assess the true strength of AC Milan but they also cannot be underestimated.
This victory is quite important for AC Milan to catch up and also to increase the confidence of the AC Milan team even though the victory against Lecce is a natural thing because in terms of quality AC Milan is much stronger than Lecce.

For the competition for the Scudetto this season I think AC Milan cannot be crossed out, they still have the potential for that and the victory against Inter Milan is real proof that this team has good quality, it's just that they need to build this team even stronger to be able to unite the chemistry and maintain the consistency of its best performance.

Their chances are still very much there so we can't be sure whether they are championship candidates or not this season just because of a few matches. Serie A always provides surprises, especially in terms of championship competition.
In this case we might be able to refer to some seasons that have happened where clubs that seem ordinary like Bologna or maybe Lazio they can even be troublesome in the middle of the season even though it doesn't come to further competition but at the end momentum comes and goes quickly in Serie A so as long as the season still continues then the momentum of Milan's rise is still very open.

Milan's last 2 matches were decorated with good results and actually this can be a good momentum for them in maintaining the best performance, especially their points are also still not far behind so the chance is still very open for Milan.

Meanwhile, we know that Inter Milan is not as strong as last season, the last time they lost in the derby match against AC Milan, it was indeed a bit surprising because previously they managed to hold Man City to a draw in the Champions League. I predict that Inter Milan will be able to win the match with a narrow score over Udinese this weekend, so that the additional three points can improve their position in the standings.
