Mourinho have great skills and I think his core tactic is matched with the traditional Catenaccio tactic in Serie A. The big problem for Mourinho is his past bad relation with media in Italy.

You are right that the competition in Serie A is very tight with the come back from two Milan teams in past 2 seasons. AS Roma have to fight against four or five clubs: Atalanta, Napoli, Lazio and Juventus.

He can do it better. In Spurs, in his first press conference as a coach, he was very friendly and things were smooth for him and Spurs in first half of season. In Spurs, there are some great stars but in Roma, there are not great starts. Mourinho can build up a team like he did with FC Porto in early of his career.

Hopefully Inter can play better, and can defend the title, AC Milan at the start of the season played very well, but unfortunately at the end of the season Milan played inconsistently, and wasted many important points ..

I think Mourinho can change his attitude so that he can adapt to some of the players at Roma so that no conflict was wanted in the past, I know Roma won't be spending that much money on players but somehow he has to be able to raise players to be better. nothing bad happens after being in Rome.
Many of the challenges Mourinho will face they will not spend as much as desired and make Roma a better place after many failures with other European clubs.

I wouldn't rule out Juve coming right back next season. Inter looked like they were losing steam and I keep saying you can't expect to play like they do all the time (current form not early season form) and expect to keep winning. Them KO'd out of Europe proves this for sure.

Most interesting for me to see now is if Ronaldo and Juve can actually appear in next UCL.

It was true, almost all the clubs that Mou had been handling lately ended up with something bad. And it is possible that this will also happen to Roma. I wouldn't rule out Juve coming right back next season. Inter looked like they were losing steam and I keep saying you can't expect to play like they do all the time (current form not early season form) and expect to keep winning. Them KO'd out of Europe proves this for sure.

Well Pirlo is still young as a coach and dosent have that experience like i have been saying.The league is on another level now and has higher quality footbal right now then previous year.Pirlo has an amazing team.But that team getting old he tried to put younger players and that costed him the entire season

I do not think Roma's problem is about morale; they have quality issues; their players will of course perform if they face teams with lesser qualities; and this was why they were performing better against mufc after the full backs substitution. Jose comes with his nitty gritty methods; should be a good time for Roma next season.

This weekend they face relegated crotone fc; Can they get 3 points to bolster their shouts for europa league football next season ?

This uncommon for manager AFAIK. For players, however, this situation is pretty common when a high paying player benched and the manager wants to get rid of him.
Anyway, after the 1st year, he won't get from Spurs anymore. So his salary will be 1/3 of Spurs, for two years. That's some serious reduction there.

Indeed, when your top scorer and game winner is still one of the oldest while the younger ones didn't meet expectations, you can expect Pirlo is going to shoulder most of the blame. It's a good tactic if you have a good balance, but I think he was a bit too naive to think he could try something so dramatic in a league where everyone else around you have such strong attacking squads.
