Juventus - Roma is going to be one of the best games of the next round. Considering the recent forms of both teams here, Juventus have been the most performing team recently. Because they have a win streak of three games now. And they managed to defeat Chelsea also. But Roma are a little inconsistent these days. This is one of the biggest factors that Juventus have a serious chance to win here. But still, both teams should be very careful not to get an unfortunate result.

As Roma little consistent faced with bigger team like loss from Lazio, will get the same result faced with Juventus because three match before Juventus keep get win, waiting what can do by Jose Mourinho faced with Juventus, can he give three points for AS Roma and make their position better keep for the top, I think Juventus will play with Dybala and Morata back from injury after missing one match for Juventus in champion league and Serie A.

If I were Mourinho, I wouldn't choose to park the bus against Juventus. Roma should play much more attacking than Juventus to be able to outweigh them. If they play timidly, Juventus can score a goal eventually and this time they would start defending and keeping the score at it. And we know how much hard against Juventus to score after conceding first. Roma should be the side to score first if they want to get a point.

With the status of Juventus and their defense now, Roma won't have to play with the weight on serious defense and rely on counter attack. Mourinho will take risk and try to win the match. He knows beating Juventus will give more confidence to his players and 3 points will help Roma to have good position to keep the race with Napoli. They are only 6 points away from Napoli on the table.

Mourinho has already done very good in the season and they are 4th in the league so Mourinho will try to fight for the title and therefore he will and he should fight for the 3 points. He could've played park the bus if they were like 7th or 8th in the table to get that 1 point but as they are currently 4th placed after 7 matches, I think they should try to get the full three points.

I personally still don't believe Juventus will win but for both teams to score, it looks very likely to happen. These two teams are still not optimal because they are still working hard to get back to their best form, especially regarding Juventus, but with the victory in CL which is certainly another boost to increase the morale of the players. Hard gameplay will certainly be presented in this match, I also hope Juventus will win but I'm still not sure, so betting on the number of goals or both teams to score is still a good option for me at the moment.

Do not underestimate what Juventus can do. I am not saying they will win, because it is football any team could lose to anyone as I always say, but Juventus is not too much underdogs in this game neither. They have been getting better and better since that first win in champions league.

I believe they will play very well and they will make sure that they are playing hard as well, they will not give up even if they fall back. So I believe that there is a good chance that they could win, still see Milan as the favorites of course but I do not see it like 90% chance Milan, I see like 60% Milan and 40% Juventus which is a small enough difference to see an "unexpected" result.

What I do know is that Dybala is still injured so he will likely miss the Roma game, but in this match Juventus were prepared that they could win at home and this is how it usually gets tough when they are at home.

However Juve must be ready to take this point and Roma are not an opponent to be underestimated while Mourinho likes to use different tactics against tough teams, but in this match it will be a warm duel.

It is the first season of Mourinho in Roma and very first matches. At the start, their fans only hope that Mourinho can help them to get a position to qualify for Champions League, in top 4. Now they expect more after they saw the team got good results. They want to fight for Scudetto. It is good if they can complete it but I don't feel bad if they can not. Let's reserve that mission for the next season.

Lazio - Inter is the first match that's drawing my attention on the next week. I'm waiting for a hell of a match to watch. Lazio are playing much more different in their home stadium. They are far better there and they proved it by defeating Roma with a 3-2 score. Inter should watch out for them in this match not to lose. Inter haven't got a loss yet this season. They won't want this match to be their first one. I think that both teams will be able to score easily but it's tough to predict which team would be able to win.

Lazio haven't lost any of their home matches this season, while Inter haven't lost any match too. The match will definitely be the most interesting one next week. Lazio lost their last match to Bologna, which made it their second losing match this season, and they won't want to lose again. They are currently at the 7th position on the standings, and therefore needs more points to enable them slide up on the table. My prediction on the game is Over 2.5, Although Lazio may win with a goal difference.

You are right. The match against Juventus will be a tough enough test for Mourinho. So far he has got good results, but only against comparatively smaller teams. This will be Roma's first tough test in the league. Roma is currently 4th in the league and they will surely go for a title run and compete against Napoli - who is currently ranked 1st in the table having 6 points lead over them. Juventus have won their last 3 consecutive matches and look very fit after quite a bad start to the season.

its like habitual in serie a,  to see a team like napoli and ac milan doing good at first but at the end of the season everything wiped up by juventus. i feel like the calciopoli smells really hard, its exist but nobody can see it. just take a look back where juventus always had way way better advantages than any other clubs in serie a for at least a couple of seasons back. well this might sounds crazy no sense or wild speculation.

It is right before the last season when Juventus dominated Serie A in almost 10 years. The generation of BBC (Bonnucci-Barzagli-Chiellini) is over, Buffon is not there and Ronaldo left the club. Juventus are building their squad with young players and they can win Scudetto but the competition in Serie A now is more balanced for all big clubs.

Napoli and AC Milan can lose their good forms but it does not mean Juventus will take over the first position from them. Other teams can do it, instead of Juventus, exclusively Inter Milan and AS Roma.

not sure if juventus do really building young generation.. all i can see that they are in financial difficult as they did not bring cristiano replacement but instead doing nothing in the transfer window... and the consequences is as you can see, the club having a slow start of the season.

i always doubt about ac milan and napoli consistency, every season is like a loop for them to get slipped and ended in nearly losing european competition spot. inter milan much better competitor tho.

I agree with you that Torino and Roma are different teams by a big margin. It will be unfortunate for Juventus if they still can't have Dybala in their attack. Chiesa alone can only do much. Yes, they have won the last 3 matches without Dybala and Morata but winning against Roma without Dybala would be a tough challenge in my opinion. Slowly Allegri will find the right formation for Juventus even though there is no Dybala or Moratta, Allegri is a pretty smart coach, although with limited players, he is able to give maximum results just remember when he bring Milan scudetto with old players  . This match is not only an opportunity for Mourinho to prove the quality of his strategy, but how Allegri can dispel doubts from the public that the victory in the last few matches is not a coincidence.

I really hope if Juventus can score the first goal against Roma, so of course the match will be quite fierce and of course Roma will play more attacking to be able to repay the score, but if Roma can score against Juventus for the first time, of course it can be ascertained if the match it will be very boring, because of course mourinho will apply his old tactic, that is parking the bus to be able to maintain victory, the bus parking tactic will usually be used by morinho when his team in superior condition against big teams so far.
