I would agree with @mia_houston, fans will not boo Vlanhovic if he shows respect to the Fiorentina players and fans. However, if he scores a goal and celebrates, even if not directly in front of the fans, then at that moment the fans will start showing hatred towards him. I don't think Vlanhovic will do that in this match.

I agree here most chances they will not boo because this all happens with mutual understanding and Florentina has big amounted after selling him, and he has very good time with this club so most chances they will respect him which is very important for all sports fans even now today he is going to play against them but still he plays very good soccer here and give some very good wins.

Think of it from the perspective of a person who doesn't even support any team in Italy. I am just a person who gambles on these games but I am not supporter of any of them, because I am not from Italy and do not have any favorite team there. Which means that the league is a lot more fun for me. Like if you support a team and they did badly this week then it is bad for you and you would rather see them do better.

However, for a person like me, it is all about the games being close and more fun and the league being a lot more closer than it should be. That's the type of thing that it is bringing us right now and I am quite happy about it.

Maybe you're not the only one who is surprised to see AC Milan's current performance, but all Italian football fans of course ask what really happened to AC Milan who suddenly kept getting negative results in important matches?
I think after they failed in European competition of course Serie A will be their main focus and absence from other competitions will certainly give Milan an advantage because their schedule is not tight compared to their rivals in the league, but in fact they are starting to look worse now this and keep dropping points against other teams.
