Milan were the favourite to win the Empoli match and they did exactly that by 1-0. And they are certainly closing this week as the leader now. Napoli won their tough Verona match by 2-1 and maintained the gap with Milan. But Inter are in an interesting situation right now. They are playing an away match against Torino now and they are 1-0 behind by the goal they have just conceded. This could be a big problem for Inter I think. They will have to do more work to make a comeback and keep the same point gap with Milan.

It is remarkable that Atalanta lose so many points in the competition. That Atalanta team from a few seasons ago reached the Champions League a few years in a row with 2nd and 3rd places, but this season it seems to be going a lot less. They still have some matches to repair the damage, but it will be a difficult story to secure the Champions League this way. Maybe they should invest in a real top striker. They are mostly solid players.

I actually thought of betting on Inter's equalizer by making a live bet but didn't. And I'm regretful about it now. Inter somehow secured a draw by 1-1 at least here. A. Sanchez was the savior. Something is really going wrong about Inter team recently. They won only one game on last five weeks in the Serie A. Now, they are four points behind Milan. I know that Inter still have a missing game to play and this can help them drop the gap to a better level for them. But the most important thing is that they must have a consistent good form for their title chance.

Its similar to what happened to milan last season they started droping points after the strong begining of season but still inter seem to be having a better chance to win the title in term of opponents the only tough opponents they will be facing are juve, fiorentina and as roma.

Yes, they are lucky that Sanchez can make a single goal in minute 90+3'.

This was a great week for Milan. Because they got nearly all they wanted from a week. They firstly beat Empoli in a home game. And later on, Inter drew with Torino by a 1-1 result also. Maybe Napoli won against Verona but Inter were the closest team to Milan. And it should still be enough for Milan to be happy now as Inter couldn't get three points. Milan have started a good momentum recently but I'm curious how long they will make this go on. If they somehow manage to open the gap more later, then they will make it to the title surely.
